I'm from Boston originally. Started to study sustainable social politics in Germany so one day I could make a change in the city. You guys are doing it! I love it!!!
Great job men, we need this in our community. Can't wait on politicians because they screw everything up. It takes a community to fix a community. God bless you all and keep you safe.
Some rich people from India want to maintain the status quo Africans are cut down on a social level. Indians are not Allie’s of African American people it’s a front.
Love how they give people another chance to better their lives. Especially ex gang members it shows them their is another path to go & a great future. I'm so proud of my cousin!!! He has changed his life for the better!
Much respect, from my own doings was involved with nothing but trouble around the fields and uphams corner area..good too see some mentors trying change future paths for the younger men and women 🙏🏻
Teaching positivity , and there is nothing wrong with that ! God bless you guys real talk 🙏 . It's wrong that decisions ppl make as children and young adults punish them for ever even after paying your debt to society and really wanting change ! Salute to that 👌
This is so incredible. I love what you all are doing for the ex gang members. I'm excited to see how they will change lives in other gang members. God bless each of you. You all deserve the best❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It’s all about the Rap music ! To be honest ! That’s what makes the youth become violent! Not enough people mention this, but this is exactly why the violence happens! All across the country. Rap influences the immature brains of youth
MA has the best public school system in the country. It is also a commonwealth so there's plenty of human services. It was ruff back in the 80's, 90's. I lived in Cali for some years, and I can tell you that MA is relatively safe compared to places like Oakland, Richmond, or LA.
Lived in North Quincy all my life. On the other side of the Neponset River, away from all this and I had literally no idea none of this stuff was happening. Fuck. I never thought I was sheltered but sometimes seeing shit like this slaps you in the face and wakes you up to reality. Is there any way someone like me could ever help something like this? I want places to be safe, for everyone to be able to take a walk whenever and never have the risk of "being in the wrong place at the wrong time."
Would you ever have someone come and do healings for those interested? I do the Mexican Limpias with the egg, and I studied in Peru. I have worked with Veterans with PTSD. Just thinking clear prison energy, negative energy, help the real self come through.

These programs never produce long lasting positive results. Noble idea but it just ends up with program Directors & staff benefiting from the city, state & federal grants. It is very easy to raise private funds based upon the stated goal of the organizations. The participants are rarely effected . Some directors move from state to state. & city to city. The model has been duplicated in major cities nationwide. I began noticing the programs & progress since 1981. When you factor in the cost per participant it ends up costing more than a 4 yr. college education in some of the Best colleges in the country. Boston, Chicago, Los Angels, Providence, Hartford & so many more. Often many times in the same city. Like I said a noble idea but the record of long term success is poor at best. Eventually the only people benefiting are the staff & administrators . I am not saying that some people involved are not sincere. I am sure my comments are viewed as harsh & uncaring. I am not i have hired & mentored many incarcerated youths. I have spoken to them about careers & life lessons. The cost of my program was 0. Helping to find them what they need . They need a well paying meaningful job, safe housing in a different location & someone who cares about them. Getting them to learn how function in the adult world and giving them the confidence do that. I do that because it is what changed my life and they come to know that. They also appreciate that & more when they realize i am not doing that for financial or educational purposes. How do i know that it is important to them it is one the first things they ask me.
