3 different numbers on a rebuild huh? That’s pretty different. I like how they have an ex UP Dash 8 there, any idea what’s gonna happen to it?

9501 was used by building 60 for years. I believe more work is going to be done to it.

It was probably rebuilt from 9683 given the radiator.

These AC44C6M rebuilds likely have parts from several different units.

For BNSF 4801, it was destroyed in Georgia train collision on April 22nd, 2006! So R.I.P 4801! Anyways, awesome video!

How often does GE test in Erie and how many days?

5 or 6 days a week usually. But it's at various times and not consistent.

The interesting thing is that the entire front section of the rebuilt locomotive is brand new.
