So yes guys, we finally made it to the Northumbrian middle distance triathlon 2024 race day and it did not disappoint! The training was complete, the carb loading had been done and all that was left to do was leave it all out there on the course.
I want to say a massive thank you to all the people that make these events possible, giving up their free time to allow individuals like myself to enjoy what they love doing the most! What an honour it was to take on this race for a second time.
