OMG THE NOSTALGIA I remember watching Naruto when it first premiered in the US! I LOVED THIS TRIBUTE! Also note I had to mute the music and replace it with some OST remixes. But make sure to check out the trailer! it is amazing!!

This was one of my childhood show growing up, and probably the one that got me mostly invested into anime. It was a journey following this boy to become the man he is now, and to see him accomplish his goals. I love this anime so much

It's really cool seeing anime getting remastered animations like One Piece doing "We Are One" Celebration for releasing Vol.100/Ep.1000 and now "Road to Naruto" 20th Anniversary

This was so nostalgic, I forget how many things Naruto taught me and the fact that I basically grew up with it sometimes. I think no matter what we think of Boruto and etc, we can mostly agree that Naruto had its legendary moments.

The most emotional proud parent moment for Naruto (besides him finally becoming Hokage) was after he defeated Pain and comes back to the Hidden Leaf on Kakashi's back. Him coming back to everyone from the village cheering him on genuinely made me shed tears of joy and pride for Naruto. He went through so much for so long and finally had achieved one of his dreams. Couldn't help but feel like a proud parent after growing up with Naruto in a similar way that you did

The first time I cried during Naruto was when I saw Zabuza start crying because of Haku. That DEFINITELY wasn't the last time I cried. I don't think I've connected emotionally with any anime as much as I did with Naruto & Shippuden.

For kids who grew up in the late 90s and early 2000s naruto is probably our so called first anime that got us invested in anime. This is such a great nostalgia.

We have all experienced this adventure and just being presented with this memory again makes this 20th anniversary something special. It's also really well done in terms of animation and colors. I did not expect that :D

It was the same thing for my brother and I growing up. We loved Naruto but kinda stopped after the Chunin Exams and then I picked it back up in high school and it was just an emotional journey since 🥹

This anniversary video is so good 😊 I never grew up with Naruto, I only started to read the manga and checked out the anime since March And it’s been such an enjoyable experience of a series it’s been really fun Could only imagine what og fans are feeling but I’m very happy to witness it😊

I've seen well over 100-150+ anime in my life, not a single one holds a more firm grip on my heart than Naruto does. From watching it sporadically as a child on Toonami to picking it as my first anime to fully sit down and watch through, there isn't another series in the world I'd rather be able to go back and watch for the first time. Naruto has things that are valid to criticize however just the world, characters, and lessons in it are so good that it makes it my favorite anime.

Dude THE NOSTALGIA IM FEELING😭 we all really grew up with naruto man I am so happy and got all the feelings in my heart also what I love even more is that my little brother (he's 12) decided to watch naruto earlier this year and I was able to watch and enjoy it again with him and he finished it QUICK in such a short time the boy even remembers every intro and ending 😭 ( now we're in the 300's of shippuden) I just feel so happy and nostalgic seeing all these iconic scene's reanimated so beautifully and honestly a lot of scene's seem like their more bloody...I LOVE IT! im over here getting in my emotions

I started watching Naruto in 2018 when I was 14. It wasn't my first anime nor is it my favorite, but it will definitely always be one of my most memorable. It will always hold a special place in my heart.

I remember a time when I was 7, i caught a sneak peak of Naruto on a friend's TV, saw a cheeky boy with an orange jumpsuit fighting a pale boy with no eyes (Naruto vs Neji, Chunnin exams). That was my first memory of Naruto. I also heard my classmates in school have long discussions about it but I didn't really give it that much thought. Fast forward 10 years later, i started watching animes and I'm glad Naruto was one of my first ever. Legendary ✨♥️

I think the craziest thing is when you realise how much time has passed. It's honestly scary.

Naruto was the first anime that got me into real anime not counting yugioh and pokemon. It's still my favorite anime to this day. I've never liked a show, plot, and characters as much as this show. I started watching it when I was about 14 on toonami on cartoon network. I'm 30 now. I still can't believe it's been 20 years since naruto started.

What a nostalgic ride. I'm with you on Obito, I think he is just a divisive character. For every person that likes him there's a person who doesn't. I see just as much praise for him as I do seeing people bitch about him. Even Kaguya I like, I know some people dislike her for stealing Madaras limelight at the end and I do think that moment could have been built up to a bit better but the fight with her and her backstory in the anime was great. Naruto certainly has it's flaws but if you can look past them or even embrace them you get such an emotional and wild ride with so many high moments. And to Boruto honestly I don't think it gets the love it deserves. I don't think it's better than Naruto overall, it is a bit more inconsistent, but there are some truly great moments in the show. That being said I am not currently caught up on it so not sure where it is ATM.

one of my favorite running gags of the ending of Naruto is that in every episode after the war Orochimaru can just be found doing something absolutely random every episode
