At last!!!!! a vlogger who tells it as it is !!! entertaining and informative,i have just got a caravan so havent been to the national shows yet,however i go every year to the bike show at the nec ..we play a simple game find the worst bit of tat at the show ..and i mean real tat ..if you win the losers buy dinner.

Was it the Motorhome and Campervan Celebrity show with Bailey & Coachman caravans as a sideline?. Thanks for the insight Graham. Glad we didn't go and be disappointed. On the subject of reviews, we took a leaf out of the Ditton/Industry use and abuse vloggers for promo book. We've set a reasonable rate and surprisingly not a single company has taken up the idea. Makes acceptance of products so much easier 🤣🤣🤣

We totally agree with you ,found it very hard to find vlogs with caravans,it’s all been Motorhomes and Campervans , glad we didn’t make the 3 hr journey to go down .

Hiya... love watching your vids... I couldn't agree more with you too......no way near enough vans to look around.....the Feb show should be bigger in my opinion as it heralds the start of the new season... just my opinion naturally lol....take care 'The Camp Caravanners'

Hi Graham. Not you as well😂. I have just turned down that OOno thingy. As you said £30 for 6 hours work, that £5 per hour, er not for me plus I couldn't see any benefit for my Viewers. I prefer the October Show when the new stuff is out. Cheers Phil🙂👍

With regards to the October & Feb show, I have heard talk that the Feb Show may be scarpoef and will make the Ocrober show longer and put more focus on that. Run it for 10 days like the Dusseldorf show.

We were there on Wednesday and hoped to see some people we follow, sorry to have missed you. It was our first experience of one of these shows and we loved it. Got exactly what we went for at a great price. I do wish they would map things in types though. We went for accessories but didn’t find the area that we later saw on the Hey Ho’s vlog. Goodness knows how but we didn’t.

Haha…. We thought about doing an alternative Caravan Show Vlog … sitting at home watching RU-vid. We didn’t attend this year and didn’t miss it. The loss of Elddis and Swift has to be a negative factor to the organisers and IH Motorhomes haven’t attended the February show for several years now. Perhaps I’ll attend a show later in the year 😃👍🏻 Trev

Good video I understand what you mean about motor homes but what really makes me sad is it’s not geared up for real campers in tents we have now become proper left behind they should stop calling the show a camping show there is not enough you tubers out there for people who camp in tents 🏕️ thanks

There's a show at the NEC called the National Outdoor Expo (its on soon) which is think is more geared up for tents and hiking and actual outdoor adventures 👍

Yes but sadly they don’t have any leading tent brands there,having worked on campsites and also touring sites I love all types of camping just wish sites would not say there a campsite yet don’t allow tents thanks

I’ve not been to the expo, but assumed that would be where the tent brands would be 🤔 My pet peeve is when people say they’re “wild camping” but what they really mean is they’re parking their £80k motorhome at the side of a road 😅 The term wild camping should be reserved for backpacking tents only. 😅
