The Novice Pheasant Hunter Program with Colorado Parks and Wildlife 

CPW's Novice Pheasant Hunter Program supports new hunters (adults and youth), with detailed pheasant hunting knowledge, practical field experience and quality instruction on a trap range. Upon completing NPHP, hunters will have an understanding of common small game biology, hunting skills and hunting laws. This video showcases the program and tags along on a mentored hunt towards the end of the 2021-22 pheasant season in eastern Colorado.
