Mario van Woensel I had all my laptop installed with their spytools. And I could play a dual life. If for example, I’m really a terrorist, I would be more inclined to do more harm in the US soil. If I am not a terrorist, I would think twice who the terrorist really are. No one wins in this situation unless of course the process is very discreet that any technologically advanced person wouldn’t notice and wouldn’t affect their personal chores. Despite all of that, I’m still thankful to have experienced it first hand and I LEARNED A LOT! As if living in a movie where the technologically advanced people are lousy and disgraceful. This generation of surveillance is unprecedented and was previously unneeded in earlier days, it’s sudden need, was basically false. And plenty of attacks still get around these security measures , for example school shootings. This “need” to secure our safety is constructed to slowly start stripping away our right to privacy. The predicted plan of dystopian society usually has to do with rights and liberties being stripped away or changed over generations, so the younger generations never even feel entitled to the right their parents had a mere 50 years ago. An example of this occurs in Animal Farm, when the list of laws or decrees slowly changes, and the animals don’t notice, or are convinced they’re mistaken. Your privacy is always important because by protecting it you have a much better chance of overthrowing your government if it ever becomes tyrannical. If you’re constantly monitored the government will have an easy time finding who’s anti gov, and taking care of them. Don’t wave your rights goodbye, fight to protect them, ya fuckin idiots
