Are individuals within ASIC being accused of corruption? If not, NACC is not the right forum. Not handing investigation notes over isn’t corrupt but the evidence of corruption may be in there

Chuck one ASIC official in prison for contempt and then the rest will be lining up to produce evidence, appear and sing on the others to avoid the same happening to themselves, the whole thing would come to a resolution pretty quickly and the "dirt" would become visible which may show systemic issues within the organisation.
Probably the ‘one’ imprisoned is a low level scapegoat, a sacrificial lamb chosen by prominent ASIC officials and their “friends” in the Senate to keep everyone else out!
Contempt of parliament is a jailable offence. ASIC is a corporation and like all corporations they can sue and be sued. To keep perspective on fines for non compliance with Senate directives , here is an example from Wollondilly Shire Council Waste if the public does not comply with the guidelines for refuse generated from outside of the Wollondilly Shire boundaries in that it cannot be lawfully transported to, or deposited, at these facilities. A maximum penalty exceeds $115,000 for individuals and $240,000 for corporations. We are playing games with these overpaid unproductive deceitful ASIC turkeys. Drongo Longo on is it $800k plus? As an adviser to Senator Culleton in 2016 I was raising the fact that the Senate through Sections 49 and 50 of the Constitution of the Commonwealth can sit as the High Court of Parliament. This is an inheritance from the Westminster system of government and can be seen in detail in the Quick and Garron being the Annotation to the Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900 on pages 500-505.
All this effort and waste of money and resources to get out of doing their job, while Australians are being scammed, losing their life savings in collapsing construction companies and have nobody on their side. ASIC should be ashamed of themselves.

Any senator that does not vote to prosecute the matter would be complicit in the contempt. That is thier job, if they don't do thier job they are no different to ASIC. This is not a party issue but a process issue. There can be no reason to vote no as a representative of the voters.
I followed this from the beginning and cant believe I was a apart of this by witnessing John's progression, I'm blown away by what he has achieved, its just incredible, I hope I met him one day, I'd would like to shake his hand.
To be honest, I have come to the conclusion that Australia is a lawless country. Especially when it comes to issues of Government and NGO's. IMO nothing will come of this.
