This song is still unreal in 2024. Very sad it's not even on Spotify. Also wish they just released The Occupants songs under Cog so they could play them at shows
If you could please put this and any of the tracks you guys completed up on Spotify, I'd be a very happy human being. It really is fantastic music that should be heard.
First time I ever heard this song I was hitting the peak of an acid trip, had just come back from a cemetery where my friends & I cleared debris off of graves and done some stargazing and I remember feeling an incredibly unique, euphoric feeling. I remember goosebumps washing over me as I stared into the infinite night sky No song on any substance has made me feel the same way. It was a truly beautiful moment.
when cog brought out their 10 song ep's I thought where are they going from here, it was such a high standard so early on, but 'the New normal' came out and I said, well they couldnt possibly go up from here, then 'sharing space' came out....now ill never doubt these boys again...
P.P.S. But The Occupants are wankers. (I would've written 'wankers' in all caps but I'm too tired from trying to buy Hindsight. Which I did. So The Occupants win. This time.)
