The irony is what i'm crying rn for one couple who doesn't exist in the real life.

Jim and pam aren't perfect, not in the slightest, but they are perfect for each other. I think that is what love is.

I’m só glad to say that I’ve been living a love story just like this. That’s why I love Jim and Pam so much! When I met my husband, I was dating another guy. We instantly got along. I knew he had a crush on me, but he never disrespected the fact that I was with someone else. We ended up growing apart, and he dated another girl (I remember I tried tô convince myself that they looked cute together and that I wasn’t jealous whenever I saw their photos). He broke up with her, and we got close again since he got in medschool at the same college as I, and we met at the halls very often. But I was dating that same guy who was kind of a jerk to me. After about 2 years, we broke up and my husband asked me out to dinner. I was really nervous and I could see he was too. But at the end, I was waiting for him to finally kiss me, and he didn’t. We went out again a couple times, and he never made a move. So I thought that maybe I misinterpreted things and that he really was just a friend. That was good. I was so dependent of my ex boyfriend, that I would probably hurt my husband if we dated back then. So me and my ex got back together. We dated for more 2 years and my friendship with my husband was oscilating between beeing too close and too far apart. Until he told the truth. He said he wanted to be with me, and that he couldn’t be my friend anymore, because it was hurting him. I was so sad. But again, I was dating for years this guy! We stop talking and he was so cold when we met in the halls. I missed him so bad. About 1 month later, I broke up with my ex and didn’t say a word. About 2 months later, my husband sent me a text. My best friend was back. He was by my side when my father was sick and he protected me all the time. My best friend! When we finally kissed, he said: “I’ve been waiting so long for this”. Whithin a 1 and a half year of relationship, he proposed. We’ve been together for over 5 years, and I love him each day more. Later, he told me he never kissed me on those dates, because he was too afraid to mess things up. Sorry for bad english. Not my first language

The thing with Jim and Pam is that their relationship isn’t as Perfect as romantic movies would make them, it’s is as perfect as reality is and that’s the beauty of it, that you really see them being humans and not part of a fairytale ♥️

Jim and Pam are the best couple out of all these popular sitcoms. There is never unnecessary drama, there is never this fairy tale like feel to it. Everything about them is embedded in realism, their high moments and low moments and thats why they relate to most people who watch this show.

Love...is in no way perfect.. it is perfected by two people who survive through it all, even staying n fighting together..no matter what.. Jim and Pam trying to make it work is what makes them perfect ❤️

I just saw this edit, and I never realized how many sad and beautiful moments are in this serie. I'm crying, ur edits are so great. Pd: I love Jim and Pam, they are one of the best couples that I've ever seen. I also love how they show us that even if they love each other so much, they still have fights and bad moments. That makes the relationship better and mature. That's why I love The Office, 'cause even if it's just a serie, it's very realistic in a lot of ways. I'm 100% convinced that they were in love in real life, had something going on but kept it a secret & nobody ever found out. Obviously John fell out of love with her when he met Emily a few years into doing The Office but I think she really never got over him & there's maybe a little piece of her today that still does love him because I watched so many of her interviews & everytime they ask her about John it just gets awkward & uncomfortable. She basically admitted it in that interview she gave a few years back where she said "There's a real part of me that is Pam and a real part of him that's Jim, and those parts of us were genuinely in love with one another." You have to be a fool not to think they were a thing & in love during first few years
