That's basically why i hated the whole sound guy storyline. It felt so forced that they're suddenly so involved with the characters even tho we watched 8 seasons with barely any interaction between them
I really love how they made dwight and jim friends on the last season. Like in the xmas episode where Jim has to leave and Dwight gets all sad about it.
No joke, Jim and Pam were the reason I wanted to watch the show, and this moment made me realize why people love them so much, love is an immensely complex thing that requires work and effort, and it's because they showed how hard it was for them that this moment hits so much
That’s the point, watch the original office (the British one) and it’s the same, the reason you want to Keep watching was for the live story not the boss!!
Ur such a clown and boring idiot everyone watched it for Dwight and Micheal Scott meanwhile ur cringy clown brain watched it for some romance😂 go watch some love story instead clown
Having finished watching the show just 6 days ago I am able to confirm that this is the defining moment in the series. It makes crystal-clear, that the series had nothing to do with the observation of office workers. Instead it shows us that life- even in the most sterile enviroments- can flurish. The series is a statement that emotions, like love, can never be buried under the great pressure of modern life. All we have to live for, is to find the one person, that will make all of this worth it, nothing more, nothing less.
In my opinion the office is honestly the best tv show ever, never before have I actually cared about the characters so much. I cried throughout the Michael and holly love story i.e at the picnic when Michael didn’t tell holly his feelings and when they left(of course), i laughed at jims pranks and dwight’s weirdness. This was just such a beautiful show.
the scene where jim goes to micheal im gonna take you out to lunch tomorrow to tell you how much of a great boss, best boss iv ever had.lowkey got onions cutting all around
I don't think it's the best show specially because of the last two seasons and the show overall isn't perfect but for sure it's one of the most real shows out there, i've never cried so much watching a show
It’s fantastic. Still think the best moment is Jim and Michael saying goodbye to each other though. There’s so many great moments, funny and non funny, that make it one of the best shows of all time
fact: the letter was actually not for Pam, but Jenna, John write like a goodbye letter for jenna and all that mean to him working with her all those years
I read this so long ago and today when I watched this video and saw the hug at the end it really felt like two best friends saying goodbye made me cry 😭
The use of Pam watching the video of Jim proving his Love for her whilst Jim puts all the jokes and pranks aside to help his ultimate Frenemy realise his own Love for Angela and convincing him to finally push. Then ending with Pam seeing Jim’s reflection on the black screen, the note and that fucking incredible line its just beautiful well done developers
I really loved and hated that they didn't reveal what was in the letter in the show. It made it all so much more real although I really wanted to know what was in it.
JSmellerM it was a personal letter from john krasinski to jenna fischer, and it pretty much was wishing her luck for the future and telling her she was a great actress. their reactions were completely real :')
Note that Dwight have a teary eye. What an expression. Dwight doesn't wanna show his softer side to anyone, not even Jim. Rainn Wilson is so brillant in that scene
Jim: Not "enough" for me? You are... Everything. One of the best episodes of The Office. No matter how the last season was but last 3-4 episodes were the best. One of the best romantic arcs ever written. Showed how much Jim loved Pam and he will love her no matter what.
Along the way, their relationship became annoying and cringey, but I realized after a while why - That's love. The hardships experienced by them towards the end of the series were quite cringey to watch as well but this snippet proved why their relationship was just perfect. This show really is perfection. I was literally drawn into the characters and even lived vicariously through them at times. The way that their relationship was represented in such a simple yet powerful way is just amazing. This tiny snippet alone is one of the most bittersweet moments I have ever witnessed on television. There will never be another show like this.
Dwight listen "You gotta forget about all the other stuff, you gotta forget about logic, about fear and doubt, you just gotta do it" - one of the best scenes in the whole show.
Jim & Pam are the perfect embodiment of "Pure, magical love" 🤩😍 No matter how difficult the situations were, they never gave up on their relationship, trusted each other, and made an impregnable bond over time! Epic series with a beautiful ending.
Everyone talks about Jim, Pam, Michael. But I think Dwight is the most crucial character. When Michael left Dunder Mifflin, Dwight made sure people do not get bored.
Every time I go through a breakup or end up feeling rejected by a girl. I watch this video, to see what true love feels like which hits me right in the feels. Then I realise I was mistaken and it helps me move on. Kinda sad but eh
Touché ..Mussolini and Genghis Khan. Little known fact Mussolini was a necrophiliac. He also had a love triangle between him, Stalin and Hitler. It was awkward.
“No matter what happens, you gotta forget about all the other stuff, you gotta forget about logic, and fear, and doubt. You just gotta do, everything you can, to get to the one woman that’s gonna make all this worth it. At the end of the day... you gotta jump.” -Jim ❤️
This is my all time favorite scene from the office. I still watch it every now and then. Funny thing is, I used to think myself as Jim and I've a friend whom I call Dwight sometimes...
man this couple is amazing this part always brings a tear to my eyes its the best part of the whole show. i love the office one of my most favorite show beginning to end.
Damn you, youtube recommendations, you had to do this to me on a morning. I don't cry generally on a TV show but man, I lost it completely. I think when you love someone as much Jim loved pam, you'll do anything and everything to make them happy.
@@bloodstain1000 I wanted to have a conversation with a friend of mine who I had feelings for, and I couldn't do it properly because of lockdown. I sent him a long message that was very vague, and then told him exactly what I wanted to say. He didn't feel the same, but we're still friends. He's a great guy, and I'm sad it didn't work out, but I have no regrets because at least I shot my shot. So ya, you should always give it a try, because you will never regret the things you do, only the things you don't do.
@@prernaathreya1175 You miss 100% of the shots you don't take. I don't know you but i'm very proud of you for doing what you did! I really hope 2021 is a great year for you Prerna
Jenna fischer said in the office ladies podcast that the note was written by john and that it was a thank you note to jenna from him and it was so good and heartfelt that she broke down in the first take
In the Office Ladies podcast a teary Jenna Fischer explains that the note was a heartfelt one written from him to her. John to Jenna, not Jim to Pam. Reflecting on nine years together. Only John and Jenna know what is in that note. Her cohost and best friend Angela Kinsey doesn’t, the remaining cast and crew don’t either. Pam says in the episode that it was perfect but she’ll never reveal what it said. Jenna said she would stay true to that too but we should just know it was perfect. But she did say the note made her so emotional that the first take was not usable.
What? Someone you can keep in the Friendzone for years, messing with them mercilessly, despite having to know how they feel about you? F**k Pam, she didn't deserve Jim and Jim deserved better than to be sloppy seconds to a degenerate like Roy.
Problem with modern women right there. You mostly DON'T deserve it. Pam's appeal lies in her old fashioned virtues. Every screeching feminist is butt ugly in comparison. You want romance? Stop trying to compete with men at every damn turn.
People criticize Pam for Jim's sacrifice but it's really all about sacrifice and understanding. Jim sacrificed his career for their family and later did Pam when they were both ready. Some people need to know this.
I’m with a girl who I had to wait for my chance with and we’ve been together for four years now and we both say we wish we could be Jim and Pam because they are the definition of couple goals
