I will say james spader generally does play characters, that are charming yet bad people pretty in pink and less than zero with rdj are examples of how his characteers are, so if this theory is true they cast the right guy.

Fantastic for doctor perry to finally put a face to the name, My mom said doctor feel mcgraw well. I think more along the lines of William Daniels, although realistically they Probably would have hired someone more along the lines of Brad Pitt or maybe even Tom Brady.

Here is something insane I just thougth about for this theory. So in the season 3 episode Branch clossing the Scranton is being closed by Dunder Mifflin. This nearly happens, but the plan is ruined when the manager of the Stamford branch reveals that he was hired by stables. The share convince of Josh quitting the exact same time as this happening is insane. This can only be a mirracle, but it wasn't. Which character in the show has the motive to keep the Scranton branch alive and connections to the paper industry to have significant sway over things. Robert California. So I am saying that Robert was tipped off about Dunder Mifflin's plans and used his connection in Stables to get Josh hired at the last minute to save his cash cow from being shut down
