I have a feeling that in the upcoming years, there won’t be that much epic motors anymore because building owners would want the company who installed the elevator to keep them quiet! This video is hopefully going to preserve epic motors forever
That was the best video ever once again! Thanks for this video Justin! And thanks for letting me Contribute! Btw, My motor clips: 1. The Milwaukee Asian Market in Milwaukee WI 2. Former Macy's in Northbrook Court in Northbrook IL Also, R.I.P. The Epic MTEEEEEEEE Elevators at Macy's in Northbrook Court. They'll be missed! 😢
Wow. Just wow. INCREDIBLE epic motor compilation, Justin! Of course you already know I have to list my favorites with motor pitches below. It's quite a lot, so bear with me: 0:30 B-flat 4:40 B 5:20 B-flat 5:37 E 6:22 D 7:12 A-flat (high octave) 7:54 E 8:26 D 9:15 F-sharp (high octave) 10:42 & 11:02 E-flat (high octave) 11:35 C-sharp (low octave) 11:51 F-sharp (high octave) 12:53 F-sharp (high octave) 13:18 B (high octave) 13:38 & 13:56 F-sharp (high octave) 14:13 C (low octave) 14:45 A-flat (high octave) 15:06 E (high octave) 16:01 F-sharp 16:26 B-flat 16:46 E-flat (high octave) 16:58 B-flat 17:30 E-flat (high octave) 17:56 E 19:12 A 19:26 & 19:48 E-flat (high and higher octaves, respectively) 21:07 D (high octave) 21:32 F-sharp (high octave) 21:57 B 22:31 D 22:52 B-flat 26:04 G (high octave) 26:24 A-flat (high octave) 28:55 C-sharp (high octave) 29:58 E (high octave) 31:15 G 31:33 B-flat 31:56 E-flat (high octave) 32:23 C (low octave) I would've participated in the compilation, but I stepped back because I wanted to create my own epic motor compilation before participating in others. If you make another EMC in the future, I might jump in!
Sorry I missed the premiere. It was just as good now though!!! There's some awesome stuff here... oldies I'd forgotten about like T&C and a bunch I have no idea where they are. And there were a few that were totally my m.o. with exceptionally quiet motors and/or exemplary sound engineering. And, of course, there are plenty that, if in a hotel, I can't imagine having to stay in the same building. Either way, amazing stuff everyone and fantastic job putting it all together Justin. And, yes, it is VERY worthwhile watching all the way to the very end. Nice!!
I love how we have both the Bloomingdales elevators in Walt Whitman Shops. This is because of the second clip from ih8escalators and Photoelectric Elevators
My Clips: (Yeah, Both from Bloomingdales stores in NY, Lol) 21:31: Bloomingdales, Roosevelt Field Mall, Garden City, NY 21:57: Bloomingdales, Walt Whitman Shops, Huntington Station, NY
Awesome Video Justin 🤜🤛. I didn't realise there were so many different sounding Hydraulic Elevator's until I watched this video 👌. What is your favourite type of elevator, Hydraulic or Traction?
@@Jowevator3219 I think Traction's are the faster type of elevator and Hydro's are the one's were each one has it's own character and sound 👌 Did you know that Otis were involved in the making of the Tower of Terror ride at Orlando Disney's Hollywood Studios? Do ThyssenKrupp own Dover now? When we was on our family holiday to Orlando last year, I noticed that the Dover Hydraulic Elevator's at the hotel we've stayed at the 3 times we've been on holiday to Orlando, had been modded by ThyssenKrupp. We don't have Dover Elevator's here in the UK, just Thyssenkrupp's. Are there a few Different types of hydro elevator's?
