Let's be honest, we all have our favorite watches, things we like about certain watches, and things we hate about others. It's all subjective. In my first round with Ollech & Wajs, I had mixed feelings. That was the C-1-000. On the other hand, this Ollech & Wajs M-110 AS is a different beast altogether. Some may not care for the compass bezel, but the grey dial, skin diver case, large crown, and overall proportions make this piece a home run, at least for me.

The watch is tastefully done, I really like it, including the strap. As you say swapping it out for another strap shouldn't be a problem if anyone chooses to.

I received my watch 1 week ago and I really love it, but is the noise normal ? I mean when I shack it, I can hear the masse oscillante kind of loud, I dont mind the noise but is it normal ?

@tutotrading4121 Yes, that's normal and just its your rotor wobble due to the movement's unidirectional winding. No worries and congratulations on a great watch. I'm looking at the Astronchron, myself.

Excellent review. The nicest compass bezel on any watch and it just oozes quality. I hike and pack a lot and would use.that compass a lot.I get what O&W are doing here with the monochromatic look but I would like just a tad more color and contrast. I might get the P104, can't wait to learn how to use the sliderule bezel.

Comme promis, voici des nouvelles , j ai reçu ma C-1000s depuis un mois, superbe montre, son mouvement ETA 2824-2 est d' une précision extrême , et grâce au dessin de son fond de boite , l 'épaisseur 16mm , de la montre est très agréable au poignée , très content de mon acquisition, je pense qu une M-110 devrais pas tarder a faire une apparitions dans ma collection 😇

Did you notice the loud noise when you shack it ? you can really hear the masse oscillante, people told me it can be a problem or it can be totally normal..... dont know..@@watchreport

Belle présentation, belle montre, je reçois ma C-1000 S vendredi 21, je manquerais pas de vous donnez mon avis , en revanche concernant le mouvement SOPROD, le problème concernait les tous premiers modele de SERICA, et il à ete réglé très rapidement, pour ma part j ai une SERICA 5303-1 COSC avec le calibre SOPROD et je suis extrêmement content de ça précision -2 /+2 jour depuis plus de trois mois.

O&W needs to work on their lume. Especially for the price of their watches. Their watch designs look good though.

I recently purchased the P-101 and upon delivery I noticed the indice at the six was crooked and the date was off centered. The company I purchased the watch from advised the issue is with Ollech & Wajs. I emailed Ollech & Wajs about the issue and no response. Two weeks later I emailed them again, no response. I love the watch but I returned it. I want to purchase another one, but it scares me that if the watch breaks down the road, Ollech & Wajs will not be of help.

Sorry to hear that. Sounds like a QC issue, that happens of course but whatever company you bought off of should have noticed the issues and sent it back to OW themselves. Doesn’t excuse OW from not answering emails though. Nothing I can do about it unfortunately but understand your frustration and disappointment.

I havnt received an email from Olech & Wajs pertaining to my issues. I hate because I like their watches.

it's ashame all their watches utilize the same case, 39mm.

Well this is a different case than the previous model I reviewed and it does wear better in my opinion, but yes even their latest blocky model is 39mm. Some brands just like to stay in that vintage size range, like Nivada as well.
