Gotta love Uncle Bob's excitement when the Nova was on the back wheels. I bet he was thinking the whole time "Damn I built badass SBC"..and he did.

That was super cool of the track owner Paul to do all that and open it for you guys like that. Just way cool. But seeing the smile on Uncle Bob's face made my evening. He deserved the break and to experience something he has built.

You can tell ol Bob is a pro! When she sashayed at the gear change, he didn't even flinch. A little steering wheel input and kept on rollin lol. You can tell Bob has been fast many times for sure. I'm sure happy to see you keeping the Nova rollin. My first car was a 72' Nova SS four speed car, and I've had 5, 3rd gen Nova's total. So I'm a big fan of the Nova. I love all the content on all the channels. And it just keeps getting better!

Another Banger of video, keep up the great work!!!! A piece of advice. Spend as much time as you can with your dad, I lost my dad back in 1990 when he was just 53 yrs old, and I was 23. You just never know what God's plan is, make every second count. Now that I am 56 I cherish the time I get to spend with my boys 15, 18, & 21. God Bless you and the Family.

Bill seeing you doing this with/for you old man brings a tear to my eyes. My grandfather had 3 model A cars. I use to do the same thing with him. We would drive around he would show me all the places he went as a young man and we would go to the cemetery and clean off all the family graves. This time is absolutely priceless. My grandfather has been gone for almost 3 years now id give anything to have 1 more rid or day with the grupmy old fart.

You kids kill me when you said your graduation dates I’m ten years your elder now! I’m definitely enjoying you and Billy’s channel and your respect for your father. I definitely don’t miss that Ohio weather and there are some advantages to living here in the People’s Republic of California you can’t beat it here in Southern California this time of the year the temperatures are still in high 70’s. The old Nova is running sweat and looks great with the front tires in the air. You can’t beat the hospitality of the friendly folks in West by God Virginia!

Wow, I feel old. When you and the driveshaft dude were talking about your graduation years I realized how old I'm getting. I graduated in 1971. We drove our muscle cars as is right from the factory. A set of cragar SS wheels and maybe a set of headers and we thought we were King S**t! lol I wish I was in good enough shape to do it all over. Love watching all the SRC family videos. I make sure every Wednesday to take my mother to dinner or the family gets together and she’ll cook for us all. Make sure to not waste your time because we don’t get no redos.

My dad and I had a 76 nova we end up Selling a few years back. It was actually built by some of the members of the Chicago wise guys we were told when we bought it. We ran it more as a street car in Chicago and took it to the track a few times. Was built really nice and had the old school paint style to it. I wish we would have kept it. Great job as always guys! I wish I had an opportunity to have you tune our blow thru carb bbc. You seem to have a special gift for tuning carbs. We can get them pretty good. But it seems a bit more difficult for us lol. And I'd bet you could still find some improvement!
