Sooo is anyone else getting the vibe that Jess is single now.. kinda feeling for her like she's going through it, apartment hunting, but not ready to open up. I forgot us servers are not making money anymore LOL. I am now working multiple jobs because the prices of everything is so expensive. People are basically now just tipping $5 on any bill. $200 bill $5 tip because a side of sausage where I work which is just too small. Sausage patties is now $8 so it is definitely not paying the bills. Not to mention that most people don't tip in cash. They tip on a credit card that is automatically recorded and turned into the government and taxed. So by the end of the night whenever we have had to tip out the bus or the bartender and every dollar of sales that we have made rather we were tipped properly on it or not or even stiffed we still have to tip out on it. Serving is just not worth it anymore

You have to tip out a percentage of the total sales and not just a percentage of the total tips?

@@winniesinisinis Yes, normally well where I live. It's 2% to the buser 2% to the bartender on every sale that you make. Whether you got tipped out or not. Even if you get stiffed you're still tipping out on that sale. And from what I've heard the percentages going up because restaurants use servers to pay their other employees wages so that they don't have to pay them more

It's insane how much the food cost is. I get it. I also get that tipping is like 30% for dinner. No-one wants to pay that much. Or have to pay a ton for four glasses of cheap wine. I think it falls back to the owners to give higher hourly wages. If they jack up the cost they should up the servers salary

As a server I will never ever work at a place that splits tips because I know I'm a hard worker and I work with many people who are so lazy and there just ain't no way. I also work with a couple people who just work to have something to do and don't have to work. I bust my ass and kiss a lot of ass because I have to work so there's just a big difference

That happens at the end of pregnancy. The weight maybe her head or body pressing down on something causing the tingling. Weakness can be lack food water heat lifting a toddler and trying to walking. You definitely need more help and rest. Legs up

i do not care what anyone says Lala. You are the embodiment of the woman I want to be. So confident and so proud of who you are. I understand your side of things on VPR because people honestly need to grow the f**k up and learn how to deal with things head first and you are the only one that seems to do that. If you do not handle it, you will not get through it, and that is all I believe you were wanting to do. I do love ariana also and feel terrible about the unfortunate situation, but instead of making you look like a bad guy, she may should take into consideration about what you are saying. we all have one life to live and if we live it holding a grudge than we are not living. I also lost my dad in 2018, and I think people like us see how important it is to just move on for the better of our mental well being. anyways I love you a lot and am always batting for you.
