Great video and lovely panos, Andrew. I really liked your second last pano. You're right how much a composition can change just by shifting ourselves slightly in different directions. And your 4WD footage was fantastic - loved the unique angles and perspectives. Very cinematic!
Hope you are well Valarie, thanks for sharing your thoughts on the Panos. Thanks also for the feedback on the video footage...spoken like someone who appreciates that aspect of the filmmaking process! 😉
@@Andrew_marr 😄 I appreciate more now how much work goes into each of your videos! You're creating beautiful photos, but also delivering quality content that educates and entertains, so, thank you for sharing and please keep sharing 🙏🙏
Thanks for that Brian, yeah I struggle a bit with the limitation, but I really want to use the 100S as my main camera. This was filmed just before I did the review on the camera, so I was using it consistently, no matter what the scene. I finally have another lens coming for it, but it's not going to help me with these wide-angle shots, unfortunately.
Fab video Andrew, loved the B-roll it really gave a sense of joining you on the road, very immersive (no pun intended given the creek shot). However while I admit that the GF 23mm is generally stuck on the front of my camera I think the slight compression from the 32-64 produced a better image than using the wider lens. Great stuff 🙏
0:45. I hope you were using a waterproof camera 😬😆 Lovely storytelling as you took us on a journey to the cliffs. Panno's: I preferred the last two because there was a bit of "breathing space" between the sea stacks and the right of the frame. ❤️📷
Hey mate, great work as usual. Bit torn between two of them, I love the composition of the second image but I like the crop of the first, gives it that expansive look and draws your view across the whole image. Way to kick my OCD into gear 😆
Haha, cheers Andrew, yeah flip between them as well, that's why I thought I'd throw it out there and hear what other people had to say. I love the 3x1 pano version, but I'm wondering if that's because I generally like the aspect ratio, thanks again mate!
How you manage to do this on flip flops is beyond me. Thanks for another entertaining video, Andrew. Great content as usual. Best regards from Belgium.
Haha, flip-flops or what we refer to as thongs are pretty much the standard dress code of Australia. We do everything in them...I've seen blokes get married in thongs! Seriously though it's much easier to wear thongs when you're around the coast.
Nice video, Andrew. I’ve looked at the three images three times, and I’m still struggling to pick a favourite. If pushed, I think the second one is what I’d hang on my wall. 👍
doesnt seem like a great idea to advertise photography equipment may be in the trunk… def would get robbed immediately in San Francisco, guess it’s different in your neck of the woods..
I suppose you could say that about any car decal. Best of luck trying to get in, the locks can't be forced open, they'd have to drill or cut them out...it would be easier to steal the rooftop tent
