Ngl the first few minutes of this video sounded like one of those get rich quick youtube ads, then it turned into the most helpful video ive ever watched
I’m guilty of just thinking because my speed is there that’s why I go that way. Thank you for opening my eyes and actually have me thinking outside the box
great video, for new players and experienced players stuck in the mindset of " i have bad teams that troll 24 7" played league of legends for 6 years same stuff applies there. that's where i learned most of everything, the game is really simple when you know the why, and also take accountability for every misplay that you make instead of blaming your team. nicely done
Good vid! The main problem i experience 90% of my games is horrible teammates that 1. Dont Listen to a single call bc of their egos 2. Dont understand positioning, 3. Can't hit abilities and 4. Dont even know how to build. I would be blessed if my jungle did at least as much damage as a full Tank kephri. Conquest isnt even enjoyable anymore bc everyone in the team feels like someone playing the first time...
Feels like the natural evolution of smite play. I don't play ranked but I've started doing this without even realiizing it until you made this video. Still helps realizing what I should focus on.
Andy I'd never make it I don't to make an excuse it's a loser mentality but I have autism and I don't understand what's happening in smite half the time especially team fights but I've been working on it and slowly improving I'll keep trying thank you for the motivation
Do what i did to improve play 5 games and record them then watch them and point out your own mistakes trust me it gives you a completly diffrent perspective.
Just watched you for the first time. You've earned a subscription. That was by far one of the best videos I've ever seen for smite. You should definitely have more subscribers
I love this game but getting people who troll pick stupid shit is every other game, with me ending up in a position where I can’t carry because two of my team members take stupid fights and feed their brains out, love the insight on the gold deficit never looked at that way. I was in Diamond last season but holy fk the troll picks I’m getting rn is ridiculous.
Brilliant analysis. Mobas are relatively new to me...15ish months playing. At 12 I was playing Civil War Generals 2. This video is wonderful because the macro transcends games/genres, and exposes Smite Players/Fans to a method of analysis which can benefit them in multiple areas.
I pretty got good at this game really fast and then the progression slowed exponentially, but this video showed me what I wasnt doing. I can dissect the map I just never thought to do in the game. I'm really happy I came across this
I frequently see all lanes complain about jungle not ganking. The meta has changed. If your jungle doesn't gank, cool. If he starts afk farming, then just play safe. Start your own lane and clear it while staying close to tower. If the enemy jungler comes to gank, relax and farm because you will out lvl the enemy laner. It does no good to get upset that someone isn’t playing the game how you think it should be played. The game is a REAL TIME STRATEGY and I cannot stress that enough
Great video. I wish everyone in my game would know this. Smite should honestly feature weekly guides made my content creators in game. It would make the player base better and the game more fun if people knew stuff like this. Again good job man
I’ve been playing smite since the Avatar battles pass, I still consider myself a noob mostly because I play only a few gods and hesitate a lot to try other gods, but this "macro" topic I think I’m getting the right calls and I usually read the map better than my teammates, except when I’m the jungler. Tbh I totally suck as a jungler. Idk when to go where, mostly I just run semi randomly trying to make it up to potential fights or ganks and only farming what I consider I can in order to get to that fight mildly in time. And specially in this new map with all the farm on it I find jungle role to be kinda overwhelming. I watch a lot of SMITE content on youtube and twitch and that’s why I’m conscious of the mistakes I make, but I haven’t been able to properly learn the decision making proper to a jungler. Also I’m quite not so confident with my builds, either I try to go full dmg and get picked in fights or I think maybe go "hybrid" but I think my building is a little lacking of expertise
Aight dawg. When i jump into smite about 5 years ago i didn't like you.... At all idk why but i clicked on this vid in my feed and gave it a chance and this is by far without any competition one of the best Smite RU-vid videos I have ever watched. My brain has expanded fosho subbed
Wassup bro saw u at the SPL recently where u played Set against Incon's team and u obliterated. Been watching u on twitch ever since and I like how u always teaching while u play. Appreciate the advice and u fun to watch.
1 of the best videos to watch to improve. I'm definitely sending this to my friend who is always complaining when someone chooses to farm over rotating.
I have been learning from you on stream and your gameplay for awhile now. I would like to say that this video was not only helpful but also an eye opener. I haven''t learned so much smite then when I just saw the detailing of macro and learning its art. Thank you so much for teaching me and others the importance of macro, looking the map, and also sharing your thought process. This will help make me a better player and encourages me to practice this in casuals so I when I actually start ranked matches, I know what I am doing :D
The decision making made me feel like hot buns, and really made me understand why I can play solo a nd jungle well but not adc. I can read a map and peep cooldowns but I don't know how to reposition.
Just fucking amazing video. I dont even fuck wit ranked but this shit is just all facts. Love the vibes and positive real feedback and even life advice. All around good content even if I aint fuckin wit smite heavy rn. Ty bro got my sub and I liked the shit out the video boutts go click the bell now man. Gonna start binging these videos I feel like I'm late to the party 🥳🎉
I'm sharing this video to everyone in my friends circle. Good super helpful content, especially at the start of the split when a lot of people are playing ranked and blaming teammates for their rank.
I wish every smite player could watch this, it’s super important to have a shot caller but everyone’s ego is so big for no reason most don’t listen and proceed to do their own thing
6 mins explaining why if enemy has fg, and they‘re not showing in lanes while gold‘s up, they‘re probably on gold. I really hope this helps all the platheads out there who needed this.
Thank god this was recommended by RU-vid, never thought of this differences tbh , i was like : oh my yellow/blue is up? Lets farm that , disregarding literally everything on the map lmao 😂 Great video tho , thx alot 👌
Ive always kind of understood this map reading intuitively but it still helper me to hear you put it into words because it is something that is difficult to articulate
Ok I will subscribe. Watched up to 3:27.... and you hit the nail on the head. This should be digested by players who wants to get better or take the game competitive.
I wish every person that questioned what I do on the map could watch this. So quick to blame or make bad decisions and still blame me somehow. Map awareness and decisions. The part where solo was all the way at T2 and you guys were fighting opposite your T2. I understand rotating but the amount time I waste when the team can disengage is useless. “Solo wyd, come help!!!”. Lol why do people fight for no objectives or take and get mad when you don’t help.
Watched the stream last night and checked out the new vid and I was wondering if you could upload a support gameplay for s8 using this mindset but for support?
If i play like that , they flame me ' why u left me?' . ' Youre support , you need to help me'. But people in Gold and Plat dont understand that ill not join every shit fight , even as support. Suddenly you get a good tactical game , and then im not ready for it , cause of the low game level the matches before.
opportunity cost - the opportunity to get my adc ahead by ganking duo lane is worth the cost of not helping my solo invade blue macro and opportunity cost seem to be pretty hand in hand so far
This may seem like a dumb question. I've learned lots from this video and like to shot call. But starting mobas in my late 20s I'm still let down by mechanics. What's the best way or videos to improve your mechanics gameplay?
Game play time. No other secret. How do you get better at shooting a basketball. By shooting the basketball! Don’t be discouraged by the time it takes only encouraged by the improvements you make!
So I've been grinding support in ranked and climbed up to plat 1, I'm trying to get a better understanding of where to be when farm is down on our side of the map. I try to invade, but 90 percent of the time my team is afraid to fight around enemy back camps and red. I don't know how to move people away from stat line and towards the farm. Any suggestions?
Im a few games away from plat on console. Thanks for showing me how terrible my decision making is now I'm scared to play ranked and am questioning how I got this far in the first place 🤣
