only thing that could possibly have made this better is if it had been Nott instead of Pike but, of course, this is Vox so Pike is perfect because she looks all light and innocent and inside is a MONSTAH also the fact that not only did a real life person shit on a thing but that there is a character ready and waiting to fulfill that role right here
This is one of those videos I keep comming back to GOD I love it so much! Every time Percy does something... Percy... All I can think is "He is a father now. This man has a BABY!"
at the beginning i was like, hmm i would have imagined the characters in different roles, but by the end i was/am convinced that that's perfect. this was epic!
All the roles are perfect. Vax as the guy telling the story, Scanlan shitting on the computer, Grog breaking the pool table, Pike as the thief/civil war doctor, Keyleth as the person who warns everyone that the police are there... it's brilliant.
Just now, I was watching watching John Mulaney, with my brother, who's never seen Mulaney, and has just started watching critical role. As this joke was starting, I told him there was a Vox Machina fan made animation following the joke. Immediately after the story ends, I get a notification on my phone, for this comment I left more than a month ago. This is the most ridiculous series of coincidences of my life
I love this so much! Now I can't help but imagine how Vox Machina would match up to the Salt & Pepper Diner story! (I imagine Kern the Hammer as the angry dad and Victor as one of the homeless schizophrenics.)
Scanlan would perform and Grog and Vax would keep everyone off him. It would be worse because it would only be a few bars of "It's not unusual" before he went straight back into "What's new pussycat"
I love all the characters' expressions! They just crack me up! I think my favorite transition is the "I thought 'I have never climbed a fence *that* high before' and then I woke up and home"
One of my friends was already getting nervous at the "I want to show you something" being led into the bedroom part. The sideroom to the bedroom didn't help. When he heard what was in there and the reason for it being there he shouted "This sounds like something a serial killer would do!"
Every time I hear this I always get uncomfortable at the "because it's the one thing you can't replace" line. Like fuck that is powerful and frightening and I hope I never meet this person at a party 'cause he scares me
I watched this before I started season 1 (not even done yet, gah), but coming back 70 episodes in, it makes it 100x funnier. I have to admit though, not too excited for when tary does actually come in
