I like the “stream of consciousness” vlogs. It’s soothing and helps me de-stimulate for a bit when I feel overwhelmed. Currently trying to declutter while preparing for baby #3 in a couple months so seeing how others handle overstimulation and prep daily tasks is super helpful.
I just wanted to say I’m only 2 minutes in and I LOVE this type of video. This makes me feel so normal lol. Gotta save the 28 left for probably after bedtime tonight 🥲 But I’ll be back. Like I saw a few comments mention- it kinda does feel like we’re hanging out lol! Without the obligation of actually having to talk to the person and handle your kids at the same time, it’s like we as the viewer get to go along your day with you as we go on with ours.
I love this! Having it unedited makes it so much more relatable. I had to stop the video just to jump on here and say I started only washing dishes at night as well! It's truly been life changing! I was so sick of dishes b4 trying this. I love your channel ❤️ Thank you for making content.
this was amazing felt like a phone call with a friend… something I don’t really have anymore since becoming a sahm. btw I can’t believe Finn is wandering around already what the heck they grow so fast
Best video I’ve watched in a while I love all your content lately all the honesty and realness! It feels like hanging with a mom friend and I found it so sweet a vibe
I loved this! I watched it while cleaning my kitchen and dining room after a week of both of my kids being sick and I was really behind. It was comforting, because it looks like a lot of my days do and kept me company while cleaning!
I love this so much!! Having a 10 month old I find this super relatable. Thank you for showing REAL life. Love your content makes me not feel alone postpartum.
I really appreciate your videos and how raw you are. 💖 I'm not a mom yet and your videos help me know that there are bad times but also good times of motherhood. It's hard when I'm typically only hearing every mom's struggles and never the positives.
I really enjoyed this! I liked that it was longer and really felt like we were hanging out! I'm in the thick of two under two with a 3 week old baby so it was nice to watch this and see that it gets easier (or at least different lol) ❤
I quite like the format As you've said: it can't be any real than that I like to be able to watch how you communicate with your children and how you react on everyday motherhood stuff
I super enjoyed this ! The only bummer (as often lately with many mom influencers) is not being able to see more of the engagement and interactions with the kids. I loved the part where you played cards, and I used to love people show realistic expectations of how toddler help looks like.
You are so sweet, I really admire you, I'm childless and I think I my soul would left if I would have to endure childs squiqs and all the loud noises every day, is that weird? you are so freakin strong and patient! ❤ your hair look absolutely stunning in long version!!!
hey girl, loved this style of video. definitely do it more often. i was doing things along side with you and it felt super real and refreshing. also, fin and my baby are a few weeks apart and i also just recently received my period. it’s odd how we start to miss little things like that.
I do dishes during nap time! Don’t know why that helps but it does lol. Sometimes my husband will clean whatever’s in the sink from after dinner and it’s been so good
Loved the unedited vlog! I find your channel very comforting, relatable and I really appreciate the honesty. I have a 16 month old son and I have only started to feel like myself again in the last couple months. Also, I still haven’t gotten my period back and it’s been weighing on my mind. I’ve considered calling a midwife to ask. I still breast feed but there are stretches throughout the day where I don’t, so it is curious.
I didn't get my period back after my first for A VERY LONG time either. What I gathered it also depends on if you still feed at night? That is when prolactin is highest and will be more successful at inhibiting estrogen for your ovulation to occur. ❤ all the best
Apologies my comments are coming in increments as I watch it through the day. For clothing, I have the same problem. My plan is to go to Goodwill on a Sunday for the 99 cent tag day so I can explore new options without hurting the wallet. I did this while pregnant both pregnancies and would come home spending$12 on 12 new things and I’d feel no guilt when I had to donate them back.
