As much as I appreciate what you do for the sport of fishing and the knowledge you share, I miss the videos of you in a boat. I'm not a kayak fisherman and initially got hooked on your videos when you did the MTB box open and catching fish on each lure.
I mostly watch to learn proper methods, for specific lures, that I'm learning. Also I usually only bank fish, rivers, creeks, lakes , ponds and seeing the actual cast, retrieve, and catch, to show new methods I need to try. But I know, weather dictates what content is possible to put out. Thank you for what you put out!
Thank for a great video on a timely topic.🙌. I’m retiring in march and plan on chasing some early small mouths here in Connecticut. That’s if the water not too high or not clear. My kayak hasn’t been used in a few years. I need to gear up. Plan on watching lots of your videos. Exposed my so at a young age and he is hooked. And he has passed the bug onto his son. Will be seeing them in April in West Virginia. Thanks again.
Jerk baits are good to have in the winter box as well. Caught several today on the jerk bait. In about 8 feet of water near the back of a cove. Maybe just lucky but it was cool.
in this video for january fishing , can you use the same jigs in the video for tempertures up to 55degs. and does the color matter in the muddy water or clear water?
I love fishing out of a kayak. It's a different challenge. Plus I good friend of mine who is a guide had someone run into the back of his boat while he was driving home, leaving him in a tough spot so I no longer have a boat. Also kayak industry companies are more willing to help me feed my family and pay my bills than the boat world.
Good question, all this information is specific to his location, which we have no idea, so this video is basically useless. To many youtubers do this, talk about when to use what, when, and where, but never tell us where in the world they are fishing geographically (not the secret water body location specifically) but what state, and where in that state. I'm in "the south" but I'm in the low country of southern SC. My freshwater fishing here is completely different than up state in the mountains to the NW.
Yes your channel is very informational as well as Tyler reel fishing both the very helpful and knowledgeable to give me wisdom in my or knowledge in my bass fishin. Thank y'all
