Ladies, stress can make you sweat too. When I moved out from a toxic environment, and I started to live peacefully I realised that I either sweat less or my sweat are not as smelly as it used to be. Also, I remember having a talk with my shiatsu practitioner. She asked me questions about whether or not I sweat a lot. And I answered nervously and shamefully that I do sweat and it can be smelly sometimes. For instance, I came late at the appointment because I couldn't find her location, and I started to sweat when I was looking for her. Then, she told me in a sweet way that stress can turn your sweat smelly and there is absolutely nothing wrong about it. It is just the way your body shows your emotions. From there, every time I sweat a lot outside of my working out periods, I try to understand what my body wants to tell me.
I literally use up all my body wash, soap, shampoo m/conditioner, nody scrub before I buy a new set. I won’t buy new ones unless it’s all used up. And honestly I use light scented or no scented body wash/ lotion, better for skin and then I’ll go in with my perfume and I still smell bomb.

I tend to buy in bulk just because of how fast I go through all of my stuff. Such as body washes, I work and sweat a lot just because my job consist of me being outside 25 eight. So I know I could go through my body washes way more than I do anything. I definitely do try to keep an eye on my spending and both buying. This is a good video.

Panoxyl for underarms! I’ve been using it for 2 weeks now and it works wonders not only does it stop the bacteria from forming so if you sweat al lot or there’s an oder it will help you and it will brighten and stop body acne from coming back.
Yes self hoarding is so overrated. I was overt buying now trying to use everything. I know have given slot of items away to family and been using all my items. I have a few scents now that works and I’m so at peace. ❤❤

The background can be distracting, I believe being in front of your shower curtain is good. Ppl lose attention from the message. I am guilty of all , shower gels, soaps , perfumes . I love it !!
Chlorophyll supplements are made from copper. Copper is one of the most dangerous supplements you can take. I destroyed my mental and physical health from supplementing with chlorophyll just one serving a day. While I initially felt great i am not exaggerating when I say it destroyed me and took a long time after figuring out what I did to recover. Look up copper toxicity and if you are going to supplement with copper get your serum copper, zinc plasma and ceruloplasmin levels tested first. I dont want anyone to have to go through what I did.

The Lume deodorant works so well, I live in Florida and it's already feeling like the summer over here, the Lume holds up to the heat. But I'm with you on the over consumption topic, I have a cleaning business and one thing that drives me crazy is when I get to the bathroom and take everything out of the shower. 😕 Those round tubs of exfoliator stacked 3-4 high, all the body washes, 3 different shampoos, 4 facewashes ugh it's ridiculous. Then perfumes and lotions. All the things...I mean have back up, but you don't need 4 of them. Gotta save the money and use what I have before I buy anything. Yup, lume lavender! Love it! Nothing like it. I agree on having a few perfumes, but i been buying sampler packs. Its fun to try a new scent each day. I only electric shave then use teatree to avoid bumps orrrr treat them.
My first time watching your video, thank you for talking me into returning that new Kay Ali perfume I did not need that and plus it doesn’t even smell all that.
