I think the reason why they didn't bring it back is because we already got a top slot 720 rpm auto this season. However, i would've preferred steelfeather simply because we do not have a 720 rpm kinetic auto in the current meta. the last one we got was all the way back in SPLICER

Am i weird for hating Target Lock? It takes way too long to ramp up damage, scales inversely with magazine size, and if you miss one shot you lose all the damage. I feel like Killing Tally is way better even for DPS if you're not playing Destiny 2 on a spreadsheet

No you’re not weird. Any player worth their salt hasn’t bothered with Target Lock in PVE since Retrofit Volatile. There is no place in Destiny where a rapid fire mg with Target Lock is needed. No DPS phase lasts long enough where it can get off it’s total damage and it’s DPS is just abysmal to begin with. And outside of boss fights, target lock is just beaten by Killing Tally.

@@ReeceRacc Fallout did it long ago if I remember well. Anyway, so much other weapons do more dmg compare to machine gun with TL. If you want good recap for dps, go check aegis on RU-vid. He made an huge google doc where he tested perk/ weapons DPS.
Small correction but you can't farm Enigma Protocol for double perk drops. The 1st clear per account, per week, will grant you 2-3 double perk weapons. Subsequent clears will not until the week is done Edit: there are people who replied saying that you can apparently farm it? Did a few runs to check and none of mine dropped with doubles. One guy said he gets them every run and another said there's a "chance" to get them
the whole point of Enigma Protocol is to farm double perks on the Dawn weapons, I even farmed it the other day for a good Perfect Paradox and over multiple runs, every weapon that dropped had double perks.
@@termamterv2430could you elaborate on that? I've done this activity so much and it never dropped any double perks after the 1st clear. The only reason I've farmed it is for the emblem
@@RabiaGunslinger not much to elaborate on, other than it is farmable for double perked weapons. you must be misremembering or just don't inspect the weapons you get.
reload speed is also more important than handling on a wave frame as you reload after every shot, handling only matters if you are using a perk like alh
I'm a recent subscriber I have to say I love this format of quick guides on upcoming weapons. I hate having to watch 15-20 min videos on each weapon from other youtubers.
I think a heal clip incandescent speleologist would work really well with my Phoenix cradle support build. Heal clip and sunspots make for a great way to proc ember of benevolence.
@@sstradaNo its been proven since Decon came out that it works on hits. Its based on mag size so there might be a specific combo of perks to make it work the best. But the construct/vehicle portion of the perk is mainly just for the bonus damage. It procs the reload faster but it does still proc on hits against normal enemies. I know this because Ive been rocking a Ros Arago with Rewind+Deconstruct for insane continuous fire.

honestly, starfire never left it was absurdly strong for something it really shouldn't have been (boss dmg), but for everything else its kinda insane think about it: 20% better grenade recharge, two charges, AND rift back on grenade kill? its always been a monster. if anything, you could potentially argue its *better* now as you dont need to run emp rift
if you recommend auto loading you can use envious as well.... one kill loads a single shot ...so one primary kill and u have 2 shots to dump ....when its empty one kill loads a single shot into it but if u want it to go to 2 then u have to swap weapons like you would with a heavy GL ..one kill is one shot no matter what though ...faster than auto loading .. with auto loading you're goin to swap off and use another weapon either way ....this is not a damage rotation weapon so therefore envious is better than auto loading ....i didnt even try it enhance dont know if it makes a difference
Don't sleep on cenotaph it's still a monster in gms allowing abilities to mow down everything with enough heavy to insta nuke Champs and prismatic makes it much less if a sacrifice on personnal power.
It’s not even optimal. Rocket sidearms and outbreaks and prismatic titans is pretty much one of the most optimal ways to play GMs not sure trace can compete in the second slot.
@@mehyeah2931 Idk I think its one of the best gm exotics rn but people sleep on it cuz A)Its boring and pretty much always good but not in a flashy way B)Requires some level of team cordination and C)Requires more buildcrafting and higher skill expresion but I would argue for a higher reward. Def a sleeper pick but when running w a properly competent lfg or my main stack it allows us to tear through any gm with little ressistance. I have been playing for years in endgame content and feel confidant I can run my ceno build holding my own and not dieing.
I'm sad the LMG is a 900rpm. I just want a craftable solar 450rpm with either reconstruction or autoloading hell even envious. Currently out only options are fixed odds which doesn't have an autoloading perk, or avalanche which is an event weapon from the dawning.
I love you, but you’re insane for not liking envious assassin on this. Because it loads of grenade every time you punch, and because it can be enhanced envious, it holds 3 shots routinely which will ignite any champ or yellow immediately. It’s basically auto loading holster with the ability to get 3 shots by simply getting heavy+primary kills or 2 shots using one or the other. With incandescent this means exponentially more ignitions and even wiping champs with the 3 shot. Pairing envious MG or GL and envious primary or reconstruction or even auto loading on all 3 weapons means you literally never reload and are just swap killing everything.
Many guns can get Repulsor Brace and Destabilizing Rounds. What are you on about? Class of Wolf, Solstice bow, Shayuras Wrath, Maaches hand cannon.Riposte.
I agree they are now niche weapons unfortunately with SAs dominating right now but the GL in the video most definitely is a good pick up nonetheless. The speedrunners are drooling over the trace rifle though cause it’s the first in a while to go shoot to loot lol so everyone has their uses for them
Special SA are good because you can also use them for single target damage and add clear. But strictly add clear? This martys with Incan goes pretty fucking hard lol.

It’s Aztecross content (which I’m not a fan of) with an English accent rather than detailed and well edited build type content you used to make. Additionally using titles such as ‘The Only’ comes across as arrogant considering most people watch several creators
