I wonder if keeping the skill fusions at 100 is how they justify keeping the pool open to useless 5 stars on premium banners.. I would get bitch tickets 100% but idk.. I would love if they gave old 5 stars Ex ults because 90% of them would still be genuinely worse than the actual Ex units, but that other 10% might be decent.. and they would at least be useable
