No spinal erector loading? Wouldn’t it be better to do an RDL or bent over row instead of two chest supported rows, even though their arms paths differ.

definitely going to try that first single-arm pull-down variation! i can see it really engaging the lat and especially maybe that lower lat to get a really solid contraction.

this may sound like a silly question, but I have a hammer strength iso lateral high row machine with a 45 degree pronation grip at my local gym, if I add a handle attachment to the machine, does that turn the machine into the hammer iso-lateral front lat pulldown (shown in the video)?

I have both at my gym, it very closely mimics the feeling of the pulldown in the video. We had the other one first and it's what I used to do. Coach Joe may say otherwise but for me you could make it feel very similar
