I intended to identify the mod causing the issue with viewing the new claim rewards. Ultimately, I disabled all mods to claim my rewards and then re-enabled them.

thank you for this. saving up money for a new pc, and I definitely need this 😂 the only thing that always goes wrong is my mods folder. i just never know what’s the CORRECT way of organizing it 😭

Whenever I’m going to a new lot, my game stays on the loading screen forever and it never goes to the next location.

I don't have any mods, but my sims 4 has been crashing since Jan.. back when they had their several updates. I go to play a previous game, or edit a previous lot, it crashes and takes me back to EA home screen. My dad who is PC techy reset my whole laptop etc. he said it wasn't anything in my hard drive or anything at all... we did a factory reset eveerythingggg!! I do have onedrive and I close out of that when I play and sometimes it'll let my game go quicker, but I know its something in my saves folder.... I just am not technical so I do not know how to fix it on my own. I cleared EA cashe, I repaired I did a diagnostic enter with the dxdiag, I have truly done everything. I put the sims 4 folder onto my desktop and tried to delete the old folder, I do have a folder that says scratch... I am lost. Please help. Any guidance I truly appreciate it. EA says they cannot help me and refer me to ea forum...

I don't know what much i can do, but my one sim literally refuses to do anything, if i click for her to sleep it goes into the queue but cancels and it does the for absolutely everything i do. I've tried to reset her with everything i could use, cheat code, shift click and MCCC, got rid of UI cheats. Is this just a sims 4 glitch or is there something i can do to fix it?

For some reason my game crashes when i try searching an item up during build mode, i removed scripts & cleared catch but im not sure what else could be causing this!

Could be also: - functional cc - traits - ui related mods (you can search those terms in the mods folder & delete those ones as well) Other than that, what always works for me is resetting the Mods folder (basically getting a new mods folder & putting into the new one CC only, like only clothes & furniture so that we are sure that nothing else is broken)

Can you please help? When I'm in CAS my traits doesn't show up it's just blank, I tried turning the mods and script in game off and tried but it still wasn't showing up, I play with the Anadius DLC, and when I tried running it from the E.A app it shows up but not when I run in the Anadius DLC🥺🥺🙏🏽🙏🏽

If the traits don’t show up, it’s most probably a mod issue What I do after every single update is I reset the mods folder & for me it works every single time

Here are the steps: 1. Turn on cc & mods 2. Apply changes (if those do not apply, i have a fix for that ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ejP49zTg7FM.html > close game 3. Rename the Mods folder into Mods old (keep the Mods old folder in your TS4 folder) - do this with your game completely closed 4. Remove these files from The Sims 4 folder: localthumbcache & gameversion (this way we remove any temporary corrupted mod files, similar to getting rid of cache!) 5. Launch the game & close it rightaway 6. A new Mods folder should appear in TS4 folder (make sure it has the resource.cfg file inside!) 7. Copy all of your cc - clothes and furniture - (but no script mods or functional cc, things like life mods, restaurant mods etc) from your Mods old to the newly generated Mods folder 8. Download the updates for the mods (if there are any! If there are not, we gotta be patient a bit & wait till those updates get released🙏) 9. Place your updated script mods into your newly generated Mods folder

Try to: - press the other ctrl key (there should be 2 of them on your keyboard) - enable your virtual keyboard on windows and see if it works on that one - make sure your keyboard settings are set to ENGLISH (in language)

Yess, I can help! So this could be linked to parts of mods that are still broken in the Mods folder When this happens, I reset the mods folder and it works wonders for me I will write down below the steps for that 🙏

1. Turn on cc & mods 2. An alternative method that is simpler to use involves utilizing the Sims 4 Mod Manager. This tool allows for the same searches as before, but also provides a visual representation of the mods or custom content (cc) being used, along with the precise location of the files. Additionally, if the mod is from a creator showcased in CurseForge, you can update the mod directly through the Mod Manager.
