MC Command centre is always the one that gives me trouble after a new update so I got rid of it.

@Strawbear_2010 so taking all my script mods out actually made it work again so now I'm gonna have to put one script mod back in my mods folder one at a time until I see the problem again

@@Syrex772 go for your mods file take half of your mods out and if your game is working after that, then go through all those mods put one in your mod file at a time and then keep on going back in the game to see what’s breaking your game

So this means i can't have wickedwhims and mccc anymore? I just come back to TS4 and the game is suddenly unsupportive of many cool mods 😔 Edit: nvm, it's probably just mccc as it hasn't updated yet. WW works just fine for me

3:37 for the ts4script one it work for me a long time ago and now I have to do it again but when I delete the script it won’t let me and a message would pop up I don’t know why it is happening

I have the same problem as I can't click my sim characters for some reason and the timer of the clock even froze it just happened when I tried everything, most of characters just went froze or not moving, theres still movement even on build mode theres lots of lags and movement and I believe is somewhat related to mccc and even saving the game will take you for a long time.

You can try to delete all the other ts4script files by typing in the search bar inside the Mods folder ts4script Make sure you know the names of your mods so then you can google them and install the updates (only if there are any) As for mccc, if it’s not up to date, you need to delete it as well & install the latest version, considering you’ve updated the game

If you don’t have mods, here’s what we can do Here’s what always works for me! Step by step ✨ 1. Go into Documents 2. Right click the Electronic Arts Folder 3. Rename it into Electronic Arts Old (Keep it there, don’t remove it) 4. Open your game (now it should open since we reset our EA folder) 5. Time to put our files back into the game so close the game completely (you should notice a new EA folder in your Docs, that’s where we are gonna put our files) 6. Go into the EA old 7. the Sims 4 > Saves folder > select all files > copy 8. Go into the new EA folder > TS4 > Saves folder > paste all of your files there 9. The same thing applies to our Tray, Screenshots and cc! So 10. Go into the EA old > TS4 > Tray folder > select all files > copy 11. Go into the new EA > The Sims 4 > Tray folder > paste all files Do the same with your Mods & Screenshots! If you do not have those, then skip this step PS. make sure we don’t copy any mods (aka files that end with ts4script or any kind of functional cc - you can tell by their names, things like restaurant mods, life mods, school mods, toddler mods etc) Clothes, makeup, accessories, build cc can be copied! Once we’re done copying all those files into the new EA folder, we can open the game & it should work!

Hey I use last expectation and I got rid of all my broken mods and updated a lot of mods but still can’t click on my sims it keep saying that what is causing it is fishing_location_component and I don’t not know what that is or how to fix it can you do a video on how to fix this problem.

My problem is a little weird because it only happens with the royalty mod, and it only happens with members in my household I can’t talk to them at all and if I do talk to other sims that’s not in my household I can only interact with them once and I can’t click on them again after. It’s so weird

Can anyone help me, my sims 4 can't be played 😭 In the main menu my sim character at the top right only displays a white silhouette. When I clicked on "resume" I was asked to select a season, after that it didn't show anything on the screen. Even when starting a new game, the sim character is not visible.

Please try to reset the mods folder as follows (and keep your current mods folder as a backup)

1. Enable cc & mods in the game (game options) 2. Apply changes (if those do not apply, i have a fix for that ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-ejP49zTg7FM.html > close game 3. Rename the Mods folder into Mods old (keep the Mods old folder in your TS4 folder) - do this with your game completely closed 4. Remove these files from The Sims 4 folder: localthumbcache & gameversion (this way we remove any temporary corrupted mod files, similar to getting rid of cache!) 5. Launch the game & close it rightaway 6. A new Mods folder should appear in TS4 folder (make sure it has the resource.cfg file inside!) 7. Copy all of your cc - clothes and furniture - (but no script mods or functional cc, things like life mods, restaurant mods etc) from your Mods old to the newly generated Mods folder 8. Download the updates for the mods (if there are any! If there are not, we gotta be patient a bit & wait till those updates get released🙏) 9. Place your updated script mods into your newly generated Mods folder
