If you ever get confused in the part when I add the manager, watch this manager tutorial video: m.ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-3y0A9NeHmdU.html
I thought selling clothes was the best because there were only 2 types so i didnt have to worry about having more shelves for like hats. BUT THE FURNITURE SOLD FOR A LOT MORE. so im gonna go for that ;) ty for the help.
Thanks ^^, although Ive heard of People earning insane amounts of money on clothing. So you got a point there, but that is more lategame stuff it seems.
The fact that I joked about going back to this game with a friend of mine made me realize how amazing this game is. As always, thanks for the insight with these guides.
This video was really great! It really helped get my struggling 7k-worth store to over 200k in about 4 hours worth of playing. I managed to expand into other products afterwards 😄
Just another thing to add to make it that just bit more efficient... you can put all the things like storage on the second floor so you have more room for parkin
This really helped. I saw this game on my recommended page and decided to try it, but I didn't fully understand what I should sell, and that the manager is actually really good. Thanks for clearing things up.
My guide: sell everything you own in the store example floor, roof, wall etc.. then just start buy expensive things to sell until you have enough to rebuild your store :)
With the new drivers update it got a little difficult when the manager buyed EVERYTHING ON THE DOCKS so i had to do some trips after setting to instant delivery Thanks for the tutorial tho, it works really good
@@bbumbumbummm8632 If you go to the build menu and to floor 2 you will see your lights on floor 1. You can then delete the lights on floor two. If you want to delete the lights on floor two you gotta delete the lights on floor three. Very weird mechanic, but thats how it is.
while this does earn the most money per purchase, i feel like you should take in to account the amount of profit % per item with the highest being large power tools
I should have done so. You can see both the time and the Excel document. I should not have forgotten any calculations as far as I know. The profit % is listed as "value".
@@Roem I'm not entirely sure it's the best now since a guy was talking to me and said toys were better since people would put 2-7 toys on their list as opposed to 1-3 power tools. Maybe mixture of both would be best. Will test all 3 designs and see which is the best
@@ih2792 sell neither of them. Sell furniture. Power tools arent good. Neither are toys, I tested it out and everything. The video explains the best categories. But yes, test it out, it is in fact a week old now.
Since im on vacation right now you can search for an auto clicker tutorial on youtube. You can simply Just leave the clicker on and afk for as Long as you want. The game Will believe that you are clicking yourself.
Before this video, I was only selling soup cans and got about 10k an hour and selling furniture helped me get up to 100k an hour and rn I have a Big box truck with a delivery driver and with 20k :D
@@journey8021 yes, what they do is basically fill out your shelves as soon as possible, when they finally finish filling them, they will stop from buying stuff and you will earn money of course this depends on how wide your store is, if your store is big, it will take longer than 15 minutes, mine currently takes around 2 hours before I start earning money
The managers level up when they first start they have no sense of how to handle money. as they do it they get better at managing the money, so they only spend when needed.
this helped a bunch, i always thought i would get somewhere with food but it wouldn't sell and as soon as i bought and restock all this furniture i made tons of money!
I bought a big truck and when I tried going to the loading place, the doors wouldnt open and it wouldnt let me load items onto the truck. I then tried using my smaller truck and it would work, but it has less storage.
Yeah that confused me at first, but it's because u gotta put the back doors of ur truck at the loading dock. It seems that the truck gets too big and the space between the back doors and the loading dock becomes too large compared to the smaller trucks. Think of it like real life
A tip that i could give is that you should check how much you spend to how much you earn at the settings, because if your spending ratio is higher then what you earn, you literally have an invisible dept.
You gained a sub from me ;) tysm! Edit: instead of buying every single shelf and item when i have a bigger store, can i just buy more floor displays and buy more furniture so i can have more money?
@@Roem well, I’ve been using this one, I look around for the second part I’m not sure if you made one, (the one with no walls) I suggest you should make one! What I did to expand is built storages and did what you did but again so it’s basically x 2
I can once I Come home, but that is in two weeks, so I suggest that you simply Just sit down and think of a store. How would it look like and what would be in it. Make one big store with several small ones for example. Electronics store, grocery store, furniture store etc. Remember that the amounts of shelves is listed in the description ^^
thank you so much im gonna try to use fiance rep because it took me 10 minutes for 10k just like you said but half of the customers couldn't afford anything like they would be 40$ off to buying small furniture
The first vehicles are pretty slow, and those vehicles usually take around 2 minutes to deliver. But they deliver more each time because of the speed decrease. So if you want few big deliveries pick slow vehicles, and if you want smaller, but more frequent deliveries pick faster vehicles.
I mean i don’t know if I’m doing it wrong since I barely make even with the manager. However I am selling every item in the game currently. I even had to turn off the manager to get some money for more parking lots. Isn’t the manager supposed to make money and not lose it?
ı subscribe your channel and ı like this video because my friends have bigger places than me but i earn more than them i got a very good place with only 4-5 hours camaro 50 thousan dollar big truck and 2 drivers thank you for everything
When they buy a large furniture i get 1000$ but i need to spend 1000$ to buy another one, so how does this work actually? i thought i wouldnt get any profit cause i keep getting the exact amount back when they buy it
this is so helpfull a have a idia to make the shooping car center bk 1 hour pe 60,000$ maybe and the part of s.c.c it have a garge in side a building and thx and helpfull
Question About Product Variety Great Video! I tried your method of selling furniture and exercise equipment which was great for me in the early game, getting around 20000 quickly when factoring in manager costs (Manager is on 100% ATS) . However, when I had the funds to expand my store, I thought that the profits would carry over when I introduced different products. I noticed however that the customers would avoid the furniture altogether and buy everything else such (toys, kitchen appliances, electronics). This led to lower profits and even going into debt. Am I forced to only sell furniture for the rest of the game? Is there a point where I can introduce new products and expand my store normally without going into debt?
Yeah, here is the part were ive been spending so much time trying to figure out something efficient. I have Come to a conclusion that selling only furniture until 28 money trees (2 each) and then you can completely ignore it from there. It is explained in the money tree guide. You arent forced to do so, but it is the most efficient way to earn money in the game. The game basically onetricks expensive items. Everything else is trash... so grind furniture until 14 or 28 trees, then you also have millions to spend on whatever else you want.
@@Roem Hey I know this is late but would you still recommend this trick with the 14 or 28 money tree? Another question is how would you grind up to 14+ money tree with using furniture, sorry I'm still kinda confused.
@@softiclouds849 hey, with furniture you can earn 12 and 24 money trees (I was wrong ehm). But Just run a big furniture layout and grind it out a bit. Then you can fun ^^
@@softiclouds849 Yeah, just add on a second floor and make it a littlebit more spacious. Two floors should be enough, cuz you then have 2 copies of all the furniture. Maybe even 3 would be necessary, but I dont use it myself at least.
I built a store like a supermarket not very big and filled it with around 75% of the items in the game i didnt put furniture do you suggest me to open a new store behind the official one for furniture? ( i have alot of space )
Thank you, I really appreciate that. I havent been able to post recently, so therefore I feel like the only way of showing my gratitude is to continue helping as many as I can! Also, I dont like a messy inbox of comments 😉, everyone deserves help.
Btw bro thank you so much for the tutorial because every other "starter" tutorial u need hundreds of thousands to even make so thank you so much I do really appreciate it brother🙏🏼
hey man please add a disclaimer that now this method does not work i dont know which update it was, but something has nerfed this a lot. 95% of the customers do not have enough money to buy anything and its really hard to sell stuff because of the amount of robbers that come in your store. Guards do not do anything because of the open space
After watching this tutroial for few moments, I kinda feel stressed out, since I stopped lasttime playing about a week ago before making this comment & absolutely forgetting "how to make money as quick as possible", otherwise just grabbing onto only selling like.. toys and grocery, I mean.. thanks bro. Greetings.
Yup. Changed to my main mic in the newest videos, but a newer mic is on the list. Also you should still sell excercise and large. They are essential for the proper money earning efficiency.
