Summer roll sauce from video. 2 Tbs hoisin sauce 1/2 Tbs soy sauce 3-4 Tbs crunchy peanut butter 2-3 tablespoons of brown sugar Any amount of chilly oil you prefer to taste 1/2 Cup of water OR Coconut Milk and reduce to the thickness you want. All estimates from what I saw.

A Vietnamese family taught me not to rinse the noodles in cold water because it’s very hard for the excess liquid to drain out. If you just strain the noodles and let them cool in the colander with a pot lid on top, all of the excess moisture will evaporate on its own and the noodles will also end up fluffier from the steaming under the lid, similar to leaving rice in the rice cooker for 5 minutes longer before opening it up.

These are so good my favorite of all the rolls, egg rolls got nothing on these bad boys. The mint would have been perfect but I've also used fresh basil and it's delicious too. It's been a while since I've made these I'm not Vietnamese Im just an American but would get these rolls at my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in Orlando called Little Saigon they had the most wonderful Authentic Vietnamese food. I moved to east Tennessee several years ago and they don't have Vietnamese food in this area but recently I found rice paper in my grocery store a long with other Asian foods. So now I can make these rolls again. it's been so long I forgotten how to make the sauce. So glad I found your channel from what I remember your sauce is a lot like the sauce I use to make. I can't wait to make some bad boy summer rolls there so good yummy. Thank you for sharing your recipe 😊

I love summer rolls so much.

This recipe is very contingent upon the sausage that is used. Are used a Cajun chicken sausage. I was able to purchase at the Costco instead of having to make my own which worked out really great. Thanks for the dinner night idea! I didn’t have hoisin sauce and I don’t do sugar so I just added some maple syrup and the dip turned out great still! Don’t overlook the shrimp. Take them out once they turned pink immediately!

I bought my ingredients to make summer roll except for the pork belly I didn’t get to watch this video before going to market I did get two kinds of mint leaves and cucumber. 2 kinds of bottled sauces❤ sauce looks good learned a lot from your video.
