It's muscle memory for me so this may be wrong since I can't test rn to break it down. I think you gotta be pretty fast with it, input F41 -Morph, then continue the string. The morph has to be input before F4's animation is done probably.
Thats a good question. I should have talked about that. I like sticking with the long input window in order to make Far Ground Skull and Triple Skull easier on pad. Though medium input window is better for avoiding accidental special moves from coming out. Everything else is standard for me. no alt controls, button shortcuts on, no release check.
