Bro that's for a average man who doesn't lift weight. No health organization is recommending that low of a protien diet to atheletes especially bodybuilders. The 1gm per pound of bodyweight that we have a optimal for muscle building has came from census of research in sports nutrition.

One point that I would like to mention is that you usually mention that if you're preparing for competitive exams then you're already losing, and the very next moment u are saying that you should have financial freedom, you need to realise that not everyone is into business and content or self-dependent, and to get financial freedom in the corporate sector, you have to be from tier 1 college, and to get into tier 1 college you have to do studymaxxing.

@@chadtag if one is actually preparing for competitive exams then there is literally no spare time, how can one even afford to go gym or loose weight or something? lol I personally gained around 12 kg in my jee years (2017-19), but as soon as I got into college, I reduced it, all I want to say is that you might have a lot of younger viewers, and your video kinda feels like if you're preapring for exam, its already so over for you, some middle class naive might actually think that exam is not worth it and spend his time in looksmaxxing and hence continue to live his entire life in low earning corporate coolie level

I lost 10-12 kgs after coming to college and improved myself in any way possible be it strength, facial features(mewing), longer hair, etc. It is because when you get into a good college and you see people at the same success level as you but better looking, then you want to change yourself. I do agree that some don't do it as they don't consider getting into a good college or getting a job as the final success. They wish for more. And also there are some who don't do any of these and start degrading their life. But I feel the percentage you asked for is around 40% as most people want to continue improving.

Unfortunately my mom had jaundiced and me too when i was just 5-6 days old . I never breastfeed and the effects are shown now . I am shorter than my dad, chubby ,and basically a loser who hates in other comments section. Ppl like khan sir , shwetabh gave fake hope that study and become successful. Although mu ultimate goal is to become orthopedic doctor I am starting to realize the other side of the life . I work out yes, i did everything to improve my height but it didn't increased . I am 2 inch short than my dad and i 3.5/10 . I will raise my kids better than anyone else .🙏

Well my father did what is best for me I brest feed for 2 year . My dad was only 5'2 and he got the best thing for him { became a govt employee { enough money for nutrition and skills } } my grandpa ( mother Side was 6'3 } mom was 5'1 though . I have chin a winged muscle span , Know 4-6 language , know brazilian jutsu and muai Thai . But I am weak in conversation. Which I am trying to fix . Still I didn't had a car and height over than 5'8 . Which My son would surely have I am going to med school this year and for surely after 10 year when I will be a doc with a son . He will be raised like a true alpha . I thank my dad for what I am and same way my son will thank me and my dad

Watching this video made me realise how much of a fucked life i have lived. I am now 17 and when i was 9 months old i had alergic asthma because of which i became a mouth breather for many years even now in winter i am unable to breathe properly through nose at night. From very young age i had a habit of sleeping on front and i think because of this my skull shape is little big and my face is long(i don't look abnormal though) plus my nose is fucking broad and long (its my biggest insecurity) even though both of my parents have very pointy nose. Has been watching porn from class 7th though i have some control over this addiction now and will get rid of it. In 10th class i got acne and started wearing masks to hid it but it just got worse and for months I didn't do anything about it because i thought only gays do skincare and from then till now my face is filled with pimples and scars. Now i think its been too late and it is all over for me and i will never get to live the life i always wanted ,to be the main character. If only i could go back and restart i will correct all my mistake but thats just fantasy But i atleast i am 6ft and got fair skin and even got approached by 2 girls in my school and i am still wondering how tf they found me attractive. Now i have to be the best i can be. Idk why i wrote all of this
