I cannot express how happy this program makes me. I currently live in Kosaka and I absolutely adore it. I hope many more people apply and experience the Akita Inaka School. Let's show the world the true appeal of the Japanese inaka

I almost cried 3 x times in couple of scenes because of happiness :D this is how I would make a school and project like this! Awesome and thank you as always for the hard work. In August I'm in Japan, would really like to meet you for some exchange, as my step mother also does a lot of projects like this.

@@zanryoshin No, not really. The prices are very reasonable and include a lot of things. Saying it's for rich people is pretty ignorant. Working class and lower middle class could still afford this if they prioritize their spending and saving quite easily.

@@zanryoshin Are you seriously comparing your VACATIONS to a SCHOOL ATTENDANCE? Do you know how many people are involved so all this can work? I really love this series. I can see it coming from your heart. Every time I see you up doing a speech, it feels so warm and honest and I can feel how much this must mean to you. And when I see you in the festival you look like a spark that wants to transmit joyfulness to everyone around you. I hope and wish all the smiles in this video will reach to every corner in the world.

great job Angela, I traveled to more than 30 prefectures of Japan, and yes I kinda understand your love for countryside Japan, of course Tokyo, Osaka and Kyoto are must visit places for everyone who visits Japan, but the atmosphere of the countryside is so great, I still have many great memories of Iwate (Geibikei and Hiraizumi), Akita (Kakunodate and the amazing Kanto matsuri), Aomori (the Nebuta was incredible and I could take part of it and dance), Yamagata, Gifu and Nagano (although nowadays Nakasendo and HidaTakayama and Shirakawago are very well known) or Tottori and especially Shimane (I have lots of great memories in Matsue city and the surroundings). I encourage everyone to explore rural Japan, especially Tohoku which was bad damaged with the 2011 Earthquake, don't be scared, you will find a beautiful part of Japan with few tourists. And for those who like shinkansen like me, you can ride the Hayabusa E5, my favourite train, green colour and the fastest of all

This looks amazing. I'd love to be able to go Japan to study japanese for a while and this type of studying (aplying what you learned right away) is the best *thumbs up* I was curious about age and nationality of your students - and I'm glad there were not only the young ones. I was very surprised to see that one student was from Prague, yay!

Nice job, Angela! Way to go! I can’t wait to see more about this course and your AIS in general 🤗. Learning a new language is not only to know how to speak/write in that language, but also to understand the history, culture, and experience of the people who speak that language. Your school is the perfect way for foreigners like us to learn more about Japanese culture by literally living and experiencing the way of life over there, even just in a short amount of time. Thank you so much for starting this truly exciting and inspiring project 🙏! Congratulations and wishing you and AIS the best of luck on your new adventure!
