Not me watching this vid at 4 am eating a donut wondering why the f someone sponsored a video to sell me a tootbrush for 5 min but I was too curious about being 'high value'
I wake up at 6 am,drink water, brush my teeth, head to work, come home and spend time with my kids. I never hit the gym. I work landscaping so get a good workout everyday. I quit drinking soda and energy drinks in December 2023. I gotta cut out sweets next
lol wouldn’t be possible. I’m out on the site and working by 6am. I do still make a nice breakfast and all my lunches are meal prepped and I hit the gym after work no matter how the day went. So it’s all possible just not la la land like the influencers have it 😅
Depends on your age. When in college, I worked on the sites for my friends dad. I would still do most of these routines (not so much the bs prissy hair and makeup nonsense these Americans seem to love) But I’d go to work, gym, study etc no problem. Then I once I graduated and started working full time in a hospital 08:00-18:00 and studying for my masters. I still had time to do rugby, gym, socialise every weekend. It is a mentality thing. I’m not trying to offend anyone here, but I’m so glad I don’t HAVE to work on the sites. They can pay well, especially if you’re taking cash in hand, but I’m thankful that I got my medical biological education and never have to put my body through that bs again. My job is still manually intensive though, I’m on my feet all day and do manual lifts every day, it’s also way more stressful dealing with cancer patients than destroying walls on a building site. But that’s why I earn so much more now than when I was a kid.
My morning routine. Up at 7am. Hop in the shower, get ready and dressed. Go down stairs and grab my oats overnight I prepared the evening before. Grab my dog and head out to walk. Time is about 8am when we get back in. Oats are consumed during the walk so I make a cup of hot tea. Sit down and relax until 9am when my dog’s breakfast time arrives. Get him his breakfast, put him in his play pin to eat and then head back upstairs to my office for my morning meditation and daily journal entry. After that head back downstairs where my dog is hopefully finished with his breakfast and head back out for another walk. After we get back for second time the morning routine is over. P.S. thanks for the toothbrush tip! I was looking for a new electric toothbrush as the one I have is getting pretty old and is developing some issues I’ve never had to deal with before. 👍
I know that’s what I always think when I watch these videos. This guy was getting up at 7 am, going to the gym, meditating, journaling, reading, cooking breakfast. So basically this guy doesn’t have a job he has to rush off to?
@@zman6513 it is doable if you don't have children. once you do, your entire morning gets scheduled around them... then you lucky to make it to work for 9AM, back home at 6PM, at 8PM if you went to gym, then hopefully your wife took care of everything else, made you a dinner, prepped your clothes and now you have maybe 1hr left to spend with your family before you need to go to sleep, so you can wake up at 6AM again.
If you already have a physical job as I do it helps with your activity and can replace part of your exercise routine. But if you sit at a desk all day for work, which I’ve done in the past also, you definitely need to have a seriously dedicated workout plan, or don’t consume too many calories during the day, if not your weight and health will start to tank and it’s not a good feeling.
Way back in the 1960s, I remember our family doctor ( house visits in Laredo Texas) telling us how important it is to drink a glass of real lemonade in the mornings , I remember he used to say to use 2 green limes in one glass of water no sugar or anything else, and for energy 2 or 3 ounces of 100% real Haney ( not then ones found in regular grocery stores but health stores) and eat 2 or 3 oranges a day , back then vitamins in pill forms wasn't very popular people used to just eat the real fruits or meats
Glad the algorithm found you. I was a foreman for ages. Staying in shape wasn’t an issue. We bought a house and I landed a work from home gig. 2 years in and I was 254. I’ve dropped that to 223.5 on a morning weigh in. I look forward to more content. Self heath is huge. 💪
This all is nice and pretty..if you dont have to be at job at time or only could be applied at weekend..I wake at 6:00 and 6:30 I already hop in my car, I just brush my teet, do a simple hygiene and don't even breakfast as I eat after I arrive in my office..
I'm a foremen at a lumber yard from 7 to 4pm. Oneteenage daughter abd a wife. Come home and do 100 burpees off n on or jog or 200 squats and 300 pushups with full sprints. It's rough but dedication is the key and discipline
How do you have close to 6 million followers but pull under 100k views per video…… 😔😔😔. I feel like I see this same video every year. Try vlogging :) you’re such a cool guy I don’t think we need men’s grooming content pumped out so quick
A huge percentage of those followers are not real. As for the real ones, many of them subscribed years ago. But now they are into other stuff and do not watch this videos anymore.
Should I go see a doctor if I am only averaging 4.5 hours of sleep a night? I feel fine during the day and have been running at this pace for 20+ years. Life is great, but I'd love to sleep a bit more.
Laifen now the best toothbrush because they sponsor him, anyone else remember the other electric brush brands that were the best also back when they sponsored him?😫🙈
Slept at 4 woke up at 12 it’s 5pm…..bout to go run a mile in 90 degrees lmao I am soooooooo fucked up right now. Thank you for helping us go from Boys 2 Men.
I’ll share my opinion since this is something I’m passionate about…it should be! It’ll vary slightly. It’s not realistic to workout everyday. But you should still enjoy a nice walk in the morning rather than a workout. But everything else, including your wake up time should be about the same every single day. Dr. Andrew huberman suggests that you should wake up +- 1 hour each day. Meaning if you wake up at 6a during the weekdays, you should be up by at least 7a on the weekends
@@jeffsaffron5647 actually they run the gambit of the electromagnetic spectrum. They start off at the center of the sun gamma ray particles then after several million years by the time they escape the sun they are just particles of visible light.
As someone who has followed alpha m casually over the last 5-8 years, I can see that this channel has recently struggled a lot to keep up with the algorithm. All the best to you Aaron
Brother no hate but honestly I'm watching you for like 6 to 7 years now. Your content NEVER changes. It's the same repetitive advices, points and topics. - love you my man but seriously try something new brother.
I never understood why you would brush your teeth after getting up in the morning. Youve been fasting all night after brushing your teeth and your going to eat breakfast. I do understand if youre about to have some sexy time 😊
I LOVE the morning/evening/workout/diet routine and day in the life videos you make. They are the most helpful and inspirational videos you make to me, close second being your grooming and style videos. As a father of three with three jobs, my life is pretty insanely busy. Thankful for it! But get those routines in place can be super challenging. So thank you for this content Alpha 👊🏽
if you haven't noticed yet... his channel is all about making up a problem and then selling you a solution. he gives a good tips about style but that's about it. the guy has no problem of telling you that he doubled size of his dick in 3 months using a pump or that you can cure balding by having a hair transplant (only at Bosley ofc).
I worked nights for years, come home sleep..when u wake up workout if you can, if not spare an hour before work and exercise then. Eat healthy as best you can, because working nights is hard and easy to grab snacks and eat bad.
My morning routine: 1)Wake up 2)Drink a bottle of water 3)Wash my face, brush my teeth 4)Stretch my lower and upper body for about 8-10 min 5)Poop 6)Shower/Shave 7)Get dressed for work 8) Eat breakfast (Mostly oatmeal or protein shakes 9) Go to work 10) Arrive at work and play sick 11) Go back home and go back to bed… 12) Repeat same routine the next day…😊
Everyone can make time for it, but it's just a lazy attitude from losers like you guys who find excuses not to get stuff done. Is it impossible for you to wake up an hour earlier than normal? Or is it because you value your time that much watching Netflix, sports and other useless stuff instead of focusing on gym, personal health and making money? You're probably the kind of guys who finds 8 hours work a day so tough and you'd need the weekend to recover because you had to work 40 hours a week which is so tough for you, otherwise you'll have a mental breakdown. So weak and so feminine. The real successful guys work 12-15 hours a day trying to get rich or die trying and yet, those guys find the time for waking up earlier than everyone else, going to the gym, eating right and taking care of themselves and their personal hygiene while working twice as hard as you do. That's what divides losers like you from the winners because the winners have the elite mentality and the losers (you) have the loser mentality telling yourself that you don't want to take an hour out of your day, because you'd rather use that one extra hour to watch Netflix or having a wank. Loser mentality, and that's why you'll always be average at best. Average = loser.
Also guys! When you go to take a poop, do it in the toilet. That way the poop won’t smear all over your butt. Because when a spicy senorita comes along you don’t want to smell like ass. Also be sure to wipe your ass clean.
Waking up early gives you a psychological advantage to all the other lazy losers laying in. 1) stretch when you get up 2) water, lemon, apple cider vinegar 3) black coffee 4)brush your teeth 5) get a workout or walk yes cold shower after! 6) plan your day, I normally get my clothes, gym bag packed, meals prepared night before. 2 meals I do intermitten fasting.easy and quick to prepare. 7) last but not least make sure you make money get rich quick your gonna die one day,so go and enjoy life Make your money work for you Don’t always trade your time for money 8)get good sleep and repeat. This really works for me. God bless everyone.
Is there anyone that works nights that has a healthy input on working out and rest and eating because it’s almost impossible to find any type of health benefits from working at night 😅if anyone can help please 🙏🏾 .
I like that toothbrush and I want to try it out because my old electric toothbrush is boring compared to this one. I can’t believe people still brush with a regular toothbrush. Cheapskates lol like yes the brush heads are not cheap but you got a think of how long they last. With any product in this world you have to think about how long it will last if you use it wisely.
This makes SO much sense to do, whatever Your Day looks like. I work afternoons so getting to bed is an issue being pumped up so much after work and trying to get to sleep right away and have the regular Daytime to be MUCH more productive. I guess it comes down to ROUTINE. Consistant rountine becomes habit. Habit becomes lifestyle. This just might be the ANSWER I've been looking for...tks A!!!

One's life will always end. I remember people making fun of old people. They are mean; he or she is grumpy. No! I believe they are happy but live in physical pain every day. Young?! you heal faster... Old?! well... pain stays
I started following Alpha in 2017. I found myself unsubbing, resigning, unsubbing, etc on and off over the years. It’s like Alpha is talking to men that are already financially well off and have time to spare rather than your average man that wants to get to that next level in life.
I agree with the morning routine as I have a similar one. But I would recommend cleaning your mouth first and then drinking water. Swallowing all that disgusting bacteria and oral gunk isn't healthy. So teeth first, then drink water. Also, use miswak. It's an age old remedy for strong gums and teeth and stink free mouth forever. Try it. 👍
But, you're not supposed to drink anything for at least thirty minutes after you brush your teeth. Apparently, you shouldn't even rinse after brushing and no mouthwash.
@@whendidyoutubeswitchtohandles you're not to drink coffee/tea atleast 30 mins after brushing your teeth because all beverages have corrosive properties and weaken your enamel. But that isn't true for water.
