Nagato is an Uzumaki meaning he’s more likely to sacrifice his physical energy. Uchiha’s have powerful spiritual energy which means they need little chakra to summon most things. Their powerful chakra offsets it. Obito was never tricked. He was only tricked about Rins death.

The Ashura line inherited a strong physical energy while the Indra line inherited a strong spiritual energy. The physical energy is what the akimichi clan uses for their expansion jutsu. It’s also one of the reasons the Uzumaki and Senju have powerful life force. Physical energy converts stamina to life aka controlling vitality. Converging stamina to expand is why the akimichi clan lose weight and get tired. Stamina is also important in taijutsu Physical energy is collected from each of the body's cells and can be increased through training, stimulants, and exercise. Spiritual energy is derived from the mind's consciousness and can be increased through studying, meditation, and experience. Uchiha’s spiritual energy is why when they get emotional, they get more powerful and a reason why they can suppress juubi chakra like Kurama with just their eyes. It’s also a reason why when they run out of chakra, they can get chakra out of nowhere when emotional. Gedo statue was empty when Nagato summoned it. He was willing to transfer his chakra so that the statue would move. In Obito's case, it already had all the beasts but the 8 and 9 tails so it had chakra to move independently.

I’m not sure the guy knows what he is talking about nagato got his life force drained due to the jutsu he used with the gedo statue. If you think about it, only nagato used that jutsu.
@@mercykingsly not in the same way, when obito used used it, the gedo statue had the tail beast as a source of energy while nagato used his chakra to fuel it, further more he didn’t used the jutsu nagato used when he summoned it.
Correction: The Gedo statute doesn't drain your life force, due to Nagato not having Senju or Uchiha chakra he was not able to control the Gedo statue and got punished for it. Madara and on the other hand was receiving life force from the Gedo statue due to having both Uchiha and Senju blood from Hashirama cells

He actually split it into 10 different things the 9 tailed beast and the statue since it was able to move and attack with out any tailed beast inside of it when nagato first summoned it
Also ten tails is actually a seedling for the divine tree. You need to feed a living otsusuki to kick start the process. The ten tails in the war arc most likely already at an otsusuki since it was already a divine tree when kaguya came looking for it.

trying to make sense of the Rikudou Senin plot doesn't work since it's been retconned so many times. The whole Nagato thing was changed. It was because his body isn't a Rinnegan body. He only has Senju to carry the Rinnegan. The Uzuamki aspect became irrelevant when RS plot moved to Hagoromo and Hamura plot. The Uzumaki Clan was shifted to Hamura's side. Gedo Mazou wasn't the 10tails. It's Kaguya's empty body. The 10tails is her chakra manifested. The moon wasn't a seal. The CORE of it was. Hamura created the moon to contain and hide the seal.
you need hagoromo's rinnegan to control gedo mazo, also its not "senju" or "uchiha" "chakra", its "ashura's" and "indra's" chakra, which both were half of hagoromo's chakra, combining them will summon a small trace of hagoromo's chakra, which is so powerful, even if you only a small amount, you could control the juubi, but if you dont have any, we have a new alternatives, naruto's chakra/cell (mostly yang chakra, had a fair amount of yin chakra), sasuke's chakra/cell (mostly yin chakra, had a fair amount of yang chakra), both of them got a fair amount of "full hagoromo"/rikudou chakra, or maybe hinata's chakra/cell (she got small portion of hamura's chakra in naruto the last)

Not true, nagato call geto statue before iahiko death, one time when they get ambush, and iahiko was in danger, he call geto statue, when danzo stay away and Watch the rinnegan power, and that time didn’t take his life power, obito too call geto statue in the war and didn’t take his life power, i think when yahiko die geto statue take life power of nagato cus he call the statue at maximum power and statue need chackra, and if statue didn’t have tail beast so take chakra of nagato, but if you call it with low power, with only the chackra that statue have it didn’t take you chackra and you can put after the tail beast chackra in the statue,…. But it’s only my theory, i’m not sure of it,… i think it’s more a story bug this thing 😅🤣
