landscaping, oil field, farming, ranching, fishing industry, construction, These jobs pay you to work out. I worked textbook inventory one summer for a school district. Felt like a gym workout everyday. You can tell whose done or does manual labor. Strong hands

This is a fascinating video. In such a short time it seems like I’ve learned so much. Thank you for sharing an amazing way to workout from a different culture. Have a great day visiting. Maybe next time you should bring a mace/gada, and see what they think. Great video as always.

Thank you for presenting ancient Chinese method of training. The stone logs are very similar device used in Okinawa. Cheers!

Hopefully east Asia can have friendly relations after full sovereignty from western governments because you have an awesome history and entire world there and imagine if everyone had good relations.. I think if everyone can move past the last century and its wars.

These tools, yes, the original kettlebell for swing training. The Russian gyra was originally* designed for balancing scales

Yes, well the swing motion and technique is what makes it unique.

@@TheFlowingDutchman it's interesting because they were predominantly swinging neutral grip, just like you get using a log bar versus a barbell or sumtola

In pakistan there are competitions where they lift stones like these but much heavier. I think you should give it a look :)

@@davidwagner9644 I can believe that. I have been able to find plenty of small businesses in the UK and India that will make the clubs and other classic training tools but those stone blocks I'm sure I would have to build a mold and I would assume it would probably be much better if I did simply put a piece of rebar in a stone brick and then carve out the space for my knuckles but of course we know that you want to start small get familiar with timing and then build up to a working weight 😅
