I'm confused how can you piece but not tag, seems almost impossible. You start with a tag, then a throw up, then you piece. That's how I learned.

Do it however you want...does it really matter? Some guys can piece but have a shit tag...some guys can tag but can't piece...same goes for throws...whatever...just do what you do.
