Lindsey Ellis well they shouldn’t have gotten married because the world didn’t want her to be with Jackson. Even though she was betrothed to him at birth that was not supposed to be her future and she was then orphaned. Marrying Jackson only led to his death.

She was worried about Hope and Hayley, and Hope’s future (she was the only grandmother Hope had) and how they could influence her. Can’t really fault her for that.

Agreed and trying to get Hayley to think of only the pack as her family like when she told her “and when you got married Jack became your family” like you don’t leave one family for another it’s supposed to unite two families. Jackson and Mary had reasons to hate vampires and dislike the mikaelsons but they loved and protected Hayley and Hope and they kept trying to use her and seperate her from her family whom she loved like they were trying to get her to live the life she would of had had she not been orphaned etc

Jackson died because Hayley took her anger out on Tristan and he even said it to her she tortured him so he wanted to hurt her back and he knew where it would hurt and that was her husbands death. Jackson had an obsessive love with her and he brought her into the pack knowing she was in love with Elijah, loved and called the mikaelsons her family and hopes family, and that where ever she went somehow the mikaelson drama or enemies would follow because of Hope yet he still went after her married her and wanted to take her away. He literally thought he could keep them safe and away from the mikaelson enemies etc which would try to hurt Klaus by hunting Hope. He got many in his pack killed or injured. There’s a deleted scene where one of his pack meme er asks him about his daughter and the rest of them who are risking their own families for Hayley and Hope and he got angry at him for asking about his families safety. Jackson only cared about Hayley and Hope and being the man and her only protector and savior etc he didn’t think about the families in his pack who could lose their parents etc. He took them out to the bayou where if Klaus hadn’t cursed them dahlia would of wiped them all out completely.

Caroline won't be in this season as it finished filming awhile ago, with Alaric and the twins crossing over for 1 episode only. I think using the twins could be a possibility but it won't be Caroline who comes with them. If TO gets a season 5, however, I can see Caroline being in it easily.
