The Originals 4x03 "Haunter of Ruins" Season 4 Episode 3 Sneak Peek #2 - After five long years apart, Klaus attempts to reconnect with his daughter, Hope (Summer Fontana). Even as father and daughter bond, the rest of the family is still in turmoil. Elijah (Daniel Gillies) mediates a conflict between Hayley and Freya (Riley Voelkel) to determine the best way to protect the family. Meanwhile, in New Orleans, Vincent (Yusef Gatewood) tells Marcel (Charles Michael Davis) terrible secrets about his ex -wife, Eva Sinclair, even as they begin their search for a mysterious witch who plans to sacrifice a group of innocent children - including Hope Mikaelson. eccentric? either i dont know what that word means or you are using the wrong word. generally used for strange people. not the word i would use for him. he likes to have a good time-he seems a lot like the rest of his family, just more childish. given that he was a teenager when he turned-unlike the rest of them who were adults-it makes sense that he is childish. but he is growing on me since he had a relationship with Davina.

it was very different. Hope was a toddler-they take to just about anyone within an hour who seems friendly. Hope is a child who thinks for herself-she understands nightmares and can paint. she is 6 or 7-and it can take weeks to form a bond with someone that age.

I saw another promo somewhere and Klaus/Hope are bonding, she's hugging him and Klaus has this beautiful smile on his face. I think Hope will be playing a huge part of the "big bad" that is coming -- she's a very POWERFUL young girl. I just hope that the writers aren't making Hope the "big bad" but I don't think so I think she will want to help the "lost children" and Marcel will have to work w/the Mikaelson's along w/Vincent to defeat this "big evil".

when hope gets visions while she is asleep, she reminds me of "Diana" on the show "Grimm" if only GRIMM AND THE ORIGINALS HAD A CROSSOVER, THAT WOULD BE SO COOL. DIANA AND HOPE GETTING BUTT. THEY SHOULD MAKE A SERIES WITH DIANA AND HOPE WHEN THEY ARE OLDER. THEY WOULD COOL.

You can already tell with how in tune she is with her magic even though she's barely used it. (She turned Cami's car off and then back on when she was a baby.) She might not even know why she's so drawn to the earth and nature but it's because of her witch side.
