This is a great episode. Klaus's instant concern when he finds out Marcel was bit is such a lovely symbol of their relationship. Love Cami and Elijah's conversations this episode. The scenes between the Original brothers are perfection, such great character development for them. Finn refuses to see how people can change. As always Yusuf Gatewood is brilliant. Marcel leading the vampires whilst hallucinating, and them getting him and themselves home after he passed out is such a testament to his leadership. He has remarkable willpower and can be immensly loyal.

Klaus did not drown Celeste at all but he did put a target on her back by blaming deaths he caused on the witches.

The idea of the Chambre de chasse is so cool. Davina and Klaus actually work well together if they could get along for more than two seconds. They are similar in the fact that they’re both incredibly stubborn. I also love seeing Elijah and Cami interacting with each other.

@@natalierimmington3395 people love to remind how Davina didn't want to die in the harvest ritual because of her selfish personality and so those girls stayed died for a long time, when in reality Davina was manipulated into this ritual, lied to about it, and she lost all of her trust in Witches, and she defenitly didn't believe them anymore.

14:40 well The Mikaelsons have survived a lot throughout their life so I don’t think a little hunger would do anything towards them. I’m pretty sure sometimes they go a day or 2 without drinking , plus they like to drink blood fresh from humans so they usually have a person to compel for blood.

Marcel is so fucking strong. Like his control is unparalleled with everyone else in this universe. He’s also the best at giving speeches. I always thought Damon and Marcel were the two greatest speech givers in the TVDU. Marcel is fantastic at giving motivational/owning you by spitting straight facts speeches, and Damon is great at the emotional/romantic speeches.
