I would say a tigh with Dean Winchester Dean sold his soul for Sam and when Sam didn’t look him in purgatory he still forgave him. And when Sam went to live a Normal life at Stanford and left Dean with John Dean still came back for Sam and sacrifice a chance of an apple pie life for Sam when he was 16 and Sam was 12.
U guys have good point about both Dean and itachi but Elijah looked out for Klaus for more then 1000 years that take a lot of will and lot of love. this is what I meant as" best big brother of all time" dying for someone is easier then trying to save someone for a 1000year without giving up😁😁, anyways that just my opinion
@@mr.legendary9427 u r right Elijah sacrificed so much for nik but chemistry between dean and sam is unmatchable i wish supernatural never ends i was 18 and my litlle brother was 15 when we first saw supernatural and m 31 now kinda attached to that show like its part of my life last episode will be so emotional for me
The way Kol and Rebekah say goodbye to him breaks my heart every time. They're not only devastated by his decision but also a little scared because he's the one they always turn to whenever they need help. Elijah is the only one who has always been there for them, ever since they were kids, and now he's going to be gone forever. He's going to die and they're going to truly be alone for the very first time in their long lives 💔
Happy ending is just fantasy that we all want but sad part is we live life not a play we still heve to endure pain live left out we have not any other option it just life that we have to live
I'd say they are the same, if Damon had lived his life and had a kid he would have died together with Stefan because Damon was always vengeful and did not have a proper life so Stefan wanted that Damon to live.
Damon was willing to sacrifice himself but stefan injected him with the cure so yeah salvatores and mikealsons they are best as they are, salvatores love each other so does the mikealsons.dumb ass!!
Even in the end Elijah was such a gentleman he gave klaus the blunted one and used the sharper point on Klaus to make it hurt less and could go in easier. :( omg the onions again.
I love the little detail. Rebekah and Kol call him _"Nik"_ because it was probably the nickname they used when they were kids and they're used to it, Elijah calls him _"Niklaus"_ because that's his full name and he doesn't believe it's 'proper' to use nicknames and Freya and Haley call him _"Klaus"_ because that's the name he began using when he became a vampire.
I CAN'T!!!! 😭😭😭😭😭 Elijah's (edited; A fix from my mistake my dumbass did 3 years ago that wrote; eligah) loyalty to his brother is too much 😭😭😭 I LOVED them so much, those characters, the actors themselves... I'll look forward for more movies and series of them
It was sad enough when Klaus and Elijah had their saddening moment and trying so hard not to cry, but then the moment I saw Hayley standing behind Hope when she was looking at the painting of the family, and with Hope feeling her presence, I couldn't help but cry. Season 5 really showed how much Hayley meant to the Mikaelson family even after her death R.I.P. LITTLE WOLF YOU ARE MISSED DEARLY Phoebe Tonkin portrayed her so well
When Elijah said we face it together it broke my heart!!! Always hoping that his brother would find redemption, he did with Hope!! Hope was Klaus’s redemption. I’ve watched the vampire diaries to it’s entirety and the originals and it saddens me and it’s one of the most beautifully epic finales
Daniel's acting is very successful here, certainly how many times I watch the same effect leaves me talking with Klaus stuffed eyes, gulkunması, smile or something very realistic congratulations himself played the scene very realistic 👏 🙏 😍 ❤ ️
What I realized about this last scene was that Klaus knew what Elijah was there for he just didn’t wanna believe his big brother the one true always and forever was dying with him that’s y he made up the lame excuses such as the stake working in shorter form and this was the saddest scene because you literally see always and forever happing and ending at the same time I was shedding big tears when I seen them turn grey that was when I really cried (edit: I think we all know Elijah died for always and forever and because of Haley he would get to see the love of his life because she was his epic love)
One huge disappointment is that they didn't show Hope and Elijah saying goodbye, they couls have done something like show Hope crying after learning that and saying something like "please don't leave me, not you too.." and after Elijah explains his decision, Hope acknowledging that she loves him for taking care of her and protecting her even when her own father and even mother didn't want her, and saying something like "I'm always going to be grateful for everything you have done for me uncle Elijah, and for giving me my name" and then show them hugging in tears and Elijah telling Hope that he will always love her, now that would have been the perfect ending for their relationship, after all Elijah believed in her and loved her before anyone else, and was the only one who was hell bend on protecting her at all costs.
if they had more time, this would have definitely happened. but at the time hope still had some lingering feelings towards Elijah due to what happened to Hayley. it would’ve been too soon and felt rushed if they did that. it’s a nice thought though and I could see it happening if they only had more time.
@@noble3887 no, hope doesn't even mention Elijah's name on legacies, Elijah was the one who fought for her life when no one did, I understand she was mad at Elijah because of the role Elijah played in Hayley's death, she should have at least said a last good bye to him, in legacies she acts like he didn't exist she didn't even ask about him when she did ask about Klaus, that's not fair to the viewers
@@sahilreza6833 in Legacies there so many ridiculous monsters and i jokingly said to myself, what's next Santa ??? And it happened . The Originals one of the most beloved series ended and what we got instead ??? The only thing good about the Legacies is "THE NECROMANCER" .
I remember watching this live and wondering why Rebecca gave Elijah such a heartfelt goodbye when he was just walking with her and Klaus...when I found out why....ugly tears
Live together for each other and die together for each other that's real brotherhood something you can not find these days thanks for the series for reminding us the real meaning of family
I have experienced this story through shorts and 3 to 4 minute videos. This is probably the best story I’ve ever seen about vampires in supernatural in my entire life.
When I first watched this scene honeslty it didn't make sense to me .. I was like whyyyyyyyyy But after the second viewing I realised the love he has for Klaus cannot be taken away.. its unconditional, no boundaries
The most powerful scene ever! I consider myself as a tough guy, but honestly it's hard for me to hold it back...especially after the death of my sister!
This scene made me cry like anything. Never seen anything like this before. Such emotional intensity. Brother dying by brother's side and his only aim was to resurrect him , his redemption. 😢😢😢 Hard to believe these days possible only in fiction.
Klaus has come verrrrry far from where he used to be in the vampire diaries. I loved seeing his growth and maturity. He grew to learn how to love and how to let go
OMG!!! Reviewing this and crying all over again, I noticed at the end when Hope turned her back to see where Hayley was, her hair moved. Hayley touched Hope's hair. 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭
The stupid part is: Elijah telling Kol, Rebekah, Marcel and Freya to take care of Hope, yet noone protected her from any of the Evil Monsters who almost killed her
Brother like elijah doesnt exist in reality.no one in this world can do anything for anyone like he did for niklaus.he knew that nik didnt got the love of a father thats why he took care of him like a father nd that too for 1000+ years nd in the end he sacrificed himself which brokes my heart.the pain the ache i feel when he says " i intend to die by ur side" is something i cant explain.there is no replacement made in this universe for the character of elijah.my favs are damon nd klaus but him in the to finale is something above everyone 🥺♥️
This just shows that he will always want to leave the Michaelson sarcasm.. "the stake will be just as effective an inch shorter brother.... What do you plan to do? Keep it as a souvenir? " 😂😂 Hope got Haley's sass and Klaus's sarcasm... Hell I miss them 😭😭😭
Very emotional scene, but... if the rumor I heard is true, Julie Plec decided to kill them both off after Daniel and Joseph asked for a break and didn't want to be a part of Legacies (at least, not right away). This whole moment feels... tainted, as if she killed them both out of spite. Sigh. I really hope that rumor isn't true; thinking about it just makes this scene even harder to watch.
Super cute scene and all until you realise that Klaus could have still been alive to be a father to Hope and not make her an orphan at 15. Like if Elijah was going to die anyway why didn't he just take the darkness with him and leave Klaus to parent Hope?
And watching this show you think Klaus would have allowed that? 🤔🙄...that was not Elijah's job....Klause chose to die FOR his daughter and Elijah chose to die WITH his brother.
I doubt it. Yeah maybe if u started in the 1000s where it was the same for a long ass time but the world is moving fast these days, constantly changing
I never complete watching TO series. But, in my opinion, no matter how big bad wolf Klaus could posibbly be, whenever his family need him, he always ready to be there
Great way to end the series. I guess it had to end this way for it to truly be "over". Well done by the writers. I'd argue we didn't get much from Season 5, but this moment was truly remarkable.
Just realised that they lost members of their family who knew the real them.....since their childhood. And klaus looked at elijah scared for the first time and asks big bro what it is after death of vampire life....u can see that fear and he is so grateful his half brother is with him...like kids are relieved with their parents. He trusts him
