When Rebekah was under the insanity hex I was expecting a fight between her and Klaus. Shame it didn't happen. She seemed to be far more powerful than her usual self while under the hex. I'm sure Klaus would certainly put up a good fight, but I'm not sure he would win this one.
@@chriskayel I mean even if their human years dont count to their age and strentgh, Klaus is superior to his siblings due to his werewolf side. It by default makes him stronger, and the angrier he is, the stronger the lycanthrope side. There's a reason he could keep his siblings under control for a thousand years. Even without his werewolf side active he was stronger and more ruthless. Kol, Rebekah, Finn, they never had a chance at fighting Klaus head on and win. Elijah can only fight him to a standstill, but if Klaus gets angry the fight is over. I mean if the four siblings had ganged up (or three since Finn was out of comission) they probably couldve taken Nik down a couple notches and make their family a bit more democratic. But alas Elijah always took Nik's side so that never happened.

@@artispace2329 Klaus could easily decapitate Thanos’s head with just his bare hand. Klaus also has speeds reaching 45+ Mach on his side. Thanos doesn’t stand a chance.
@@artispace2329 when Klaus gets his ass kicked, it’s because he doesn’t want to hurt them or he’s testing their true strength so he knows how to destroy them. Klaus can decapitate heads with his bare hands just by a sheer force of a slap. He can extract hearts with just his hand too. Thanos doesn’t touch him, Klaus is indestructible, not even fire can damage his body even when desiccated.
Klaus is such a nice guy, he let them beat him up a bit just to make them think they were actually going to win. My favorite scene out of all 5 seasons.
let's be real now Klaus is a hybrid he got the strength of a vampire and werewolf combined he is a thousand year old and he is evil and ruthless with a bad temper because of his father. so did they think they could have killed him.
A witch spesificly made those daggers for the brotherhood of the five to stopp an original, they didnt know klaus was a hybrid. They do not work on him.
you are mixing silas and klaus there.... the brotherhood was for silas with the cure and those daggers are enchanted with that whiteoak, but yes they didn´t know the dagger wouldn´t work against klaus when they made those daggers
@@sosuhh naaa, he was having fun and not taking it seriously. He got angry because of what diego did. It was very humiliating and later in season 4, we found out why. That was what Christen DuMartel did to Lucian when he was his slave. I am sure there is a symbolism behind cutting someone's mouth open like that, because Klaus really took offence to it. Klaus snapped because Diego cut his mouth open, eventhough he healed instantly, i am sure it took his mind back to Lucian. Mind you, Klaus is very emotional and sentimental about trivial things eventhough he denies it all the time
Memes That never die Nah. He wasn’t being serious at first u could still see the cockiness he had than yes he did get overpowered for a second . And he had enough and got real angry he knew they didn’t defeat and as the audience we knew .

Vampire Dairies is focused on love-drama, mysteries, and evolving of young characters. The Originals focused on drama in general but also more adult, Alliances, lies & combat Fighting, which is why it's so much better imo.
Delicashilous _ I like both equally for them exact reasons both are amazing at what they are for but even tho their part of the same fantasy world their setting, scale, overall driving themes and plot lines are worlds apart vampire diaries for me repeatedly designates that true love and your soulmate and the love of ‘the one’ can beat anything conquer all and change someone for the better the originals for me is the same but with family ‘loyalty, honour, blood’ important and reoccurring factors and that strength lies working family. Yes we get helijah and klamile just like we get elenas family and the Salvatore brothers both themes are prevalent within each series but both are also singularly more important in their one way the most similar they get is the theme of redemption which I love whether it’s Elijah and Stefan two ppl who think their good but don’t take responsibility or confront their past or it’s klause and Damon ppl who have up on being good because they were so damaged it was easier to pretend in reality deep down they were at their hearts good ppl broken and splintered essentially the idea no matter how far u fall and how dark it gets theirs always a way to turn it around whether it’s finding ur true love and finding true happiness changing not only for that person but for ur self like Damon does with elena or sacrificing ur self for ur loved ones ur family and the city u love like klause did. My point is yes their similar and yes their part of the same world but their incomparable I enjoyed both for completely different reasons the family aspect of originals and the love stories and specifically delena in tvd both are great imo

Love this scene. When Klaus's eyes changed they weren't human or vampire. They were canine. The look on his face wasn't human anger, it was deeper than that(more primal) the look of an alpha male asserting dominance over his territory. Klaus isn't a vampire, but up to that point he'd been fighting as if he was one. The moment he unleashed the Beast, they didn't stand a chance.

That's because Marcel is an idiot and those are just lost children who don't know better than to follow him so if he tells them they can win they will believe it.

I mean do you actually think an 80 year old vamp could send Klaus flying back on to his ground when even beast Marcel in 4x5 couldn't phase him so much with his punches and Mikeal who was even stronger couldn't knock Klaus down with his punches? Kol has been beaten by lesser vampires before because he is a joke to the other originals, Finn was caught of guard and also a joke due to being daggered too long, Rebekah was nerfed commonly and too careless and the only time Elijah was beaten by lesser vampires were was once in his debut episode when he was being arrogant and it was against the Slavatores who together attribute to more than Marcel and his entire army combined especially when armed. Klaus has never been beaten by any vampire in a fight aside from I guess Lucian when he was the beast if you count him but even then that was only due to Tsunde's blade and it wasn't during the night.
Hope opens the gate to hell they all comes back... Even vampire diaries and original cast comes back from the hell, there will be a war between vampire diaries and originals crew hope will be having a daughter which is powerful then everyone

This scene is so badass!!!! Klaus is just awesome!!! xD The music fits this fight so well, especially at 2:30, when he look's up!!! Kinda creepy, but kinda hot!!!! And Rebekah's 'Oh Shit' expression at 2:38... priceless!!!!
when i originally watched this i thought rebekah was enduring internal pain seeing her brother get hurt...but after re-watching today...it's obvious she never once feared for klaus...she was anticipating the moment where he snaps and kills everyone.
everytime i watch this i wonder just wtf did rebekah think was going to happen klaus could take on all of new orleans ez she come in with about 30 vamps and marcille and thinks she can win come on think
What would've been awesome would be when Marcel said "You have the keys to my Kingdom. It's yours." Klaus just smiles and says "It was never yours to begin with.". Or "It never stopped being mine."
Tony d no he didn't he loved being a wolf as he said when he first transformed. Why fight for something for so long only to hate it and plus he's an original. It never hurt Hayley or hope when they transformed at least not that much.
Exactly man, this klaus could easily beat everyone in the show, even lucien, marcel and michael, but this is the only time in the originals that he showed his full power
The originals ended and we never got to see this side of klaus anymore after this episode so I'm really disappointed about that and now Marcel is stronger than all of the originals together. Smh
Yea that was horrible writing. And it was never explained. Marcle need all 7 strains to kill them but sense klaus had one should he be immune to the bite because it will really only b 6 .
I wish he kept going and killed ALL of Marcel' s vampires to set an example then said this is my city and will not tolerate disloyalty - he was way to tolerant and gentle to new Orleans vampires. Klaus is a king if vampires want to live in new Orleans they need to bow down or die no exceptions.
You don't waste a loyal and skilled army just to make a point. It doesn't work like that. And if he killed all those, it would take some time to recruit new ones to run the system. Klaus was smarter than that.

But then, the best choice would be to get rid of Marcel since only he could inspire rebellion. But we all know Klaus would never have done that since he considered Marcel his son.
In hindsight this was foolishness of the highest order. Both Elijah and Rebekah decimated scores of ancient vampires with ease the latter being severely weakened from being in a coffin for 6 months. So why would Marcels band of baby vamps (non of them over a century old) be any threat whatsoever to Klaus. They didn't even bring vervaine or wolfbane to weaken him or a witch at least.
I find it interesting how once again at the end of season 3 Marcel goes back at it again with Klaus I hope he knows when Klaus wakes up he finna get his ass whopped back 1000 years

I think they don’t want him as a wolf form bc he can’t do much jus run and bite but with his human form he has a good amount of strength he can run and be more stronger
Emmanuel sadly he can’t, his wolf form is locked away (last I checked, I could be wrong), which is also why he can’t make make hybrids on his own. But I think that was more of a plot point to make Elena in VD relevant to him. Cause beyond that, there’s no real drawback to this inability to change.

In one of the interview Juli plec ( producer of director IDK) she said that they wanted to show full transformation of Klaus into werewolf.... But most of the it was cancled bcz of budget issues or storyline... And then finally show got ended!
anmol josh That is true. Funny thing on this scene when they have Klaus chained up, they could have easily snapped his neck to neutralize him, but got arrogant and paid the price.
To be fair, in Elijah’s fight, it was more 1 on 1, 1 after another, after another, after another. Klaus has guys in front, behind and the sides coming in, not to mention chains. The chains caught him off guard. Remember when Elijah got taken down by 2 werewolves, because they also caught him off guard. At the end of the day though, every time Elijah faces klaus, Elijah loses. It’s said many times by Elijah and the other brothers “my invincible brother” “the most ruthless, wicked beast who every lived” “killed more people than anyone who’s ever lived” “in a thousand years, no one has stood up to you, no one. Not even our father, every time someone has faced you, you have won”
Aside from Marcel and Rebekah, I'm pretty sure none of those vampires are even a century old. The older the vampire, the stronger it is, right? So what made them think, even with their numbers, they had a chance against a majorly pissed-off werewolf-vampire hybrid Original who is a thousand years old?
It's a shame they never showed him like this again. Klaus was unstoppable at his peak. By the end even random witches were stopping him in his tracks all the time.
It’s really sad that Rebekah feels anything except complete contempt for Klaus after all he’s done to her, but “family above all” is this show’s deluded mantra.
@@thomasraines1396 Yeah to be fair though the only thing I can not understand is why Rebekah allowed Mikael to come to town instead of working with Kol on a dagger that would be effective and immediate on Niklaus if Nik gets out of line like he did to her so many times as payback checking yeah.
The klaus's rage and the music kicks right into the veins🔥and makes this scene the best ever scene in the originals 💥 (P.s: Even if you watch it for the n th time you'll feel the same)

Klaus was a badass but Elijah was always my favorite he was the only person Klaus ever saw as an equal the only person who wasnt afraid of Klaus the only person who could really go toe to toe with Klaus and he was just so calm and calculated but when he let the beast out he was far worse than klaus
