Somebody suggested on a separate video that instead of Mike being the character that stays back and takes care of the library that this time around they should have been stay back and take care of the library. First off what do you think and second of all do you think that will happen? Personally I think that would mess up the story even though Ben is sort of a bookworm as a child.
HORROR ADDICTS im too young to watch the movie... coming to think of this there will be a generation were people will know Hermione granger (from harry potter) as belle
The balloons symbolize the souls of It's victims. If you read King's novel Insomnia which is also set in Derry, it'll get clearer. The protagonist suffers from isomnia and starts to see the auras of people as well as balloon-like objects attatched to the humans. When people die he observes supernatural creatures who either gently cut the ballons off the physical body (normal deaths) or brutally rip them off (coincidental deaths) and then they float away. To me this is the explanation why the balloons can be regarded as souls. IT is even more terrifying when you think about the fact that the entity keeps the souls/balloons down with him. So not even the souls are allowed to be free in a world beyond, cause IT wants to keep them for Eternity. Greetings from Germany and thank you for your great work
The director said we were originally supposed to see Pennywise take on the form of Freddy Krueger for this movie, but they cut it out. They still kept Freddy's presence by including the fifth "Nightmare on Elm Street" at the movie theater when Bill goes to tell Richie that IT got Bev. I think perhaps that Freddy could've been included at Neibolt so the glove can slash Ben's stomach since Pennywise did it as a werewolf. We also could have gotten Freddy saying to the Losers as a callback to the second film "You are all my children now." Or even Freddy telling Richie or Bev that he's their boyfriend now.
He wouldn’t take forms of direct characters, he would make things people don’t usually think are scary into nightmarish creatures for example Clown; Funny, Cheerful. Pennywise The Dancing Clown; Sinister, Happy Attitude. I would be more likely to see things such as... A Humanoid Rabbit; Rabbits are supposed to be cute, a rabbit with humanoid fingers, eyes, pennywise teeth and sharp claws would be a scary foe, luring young children in by its bunny like appearance. The Deadlights; A Cameo Would Be Very Good, Maybe the Street lights could flicker, every time it goes black you can see the Deadlights under the street light, giving the impression IT is always watching, waiting for the perfect time to strike and finding your darkest, deepest fears. Mantis; Mantids are already creepy enough being the size of a beetle, but a larger one would be terrifying! Jack Black did this idea in the Goosebumps film but I think in the Derry town it would first peer into a window and then smash its monster sized arms through the glass grabbing a child, I think The Mist inspired this with the Tentacles coming from under the metal garage door.
For a few seconds in the video I see "it" and then a few seconds later after one of the comments go away "it" is gone if you wanna see it go to 1:38 in the video and look at the door that he left opened
The book explains that Pennywise does not enjoy being the clown or any other manifestation, but chooses to do so because its true form drives humans instantly insane and insane people do not taste good.
Godzilla,Standartenführer Oberst/Colonel Herzog (from a movie Dead Snow),Xenomorph,Jaws, a Predator,Chucky,Michael Myers,Freddy,Jason,Slenderman, Jeff the killer, the rake, eyeless jack, seed eater, ben drowned,Jane the killer, a Saudi Arabian suicide bomber,Isis,Valak many more etc. They are all the movie needs especially the Godzilla..
It reminds me of the time I awoke from the scariest nightmare I've ever had. Upon arising I find I can't rise at all, every limb paralyzed. My eyes shut, for fear of what I might see, and my chest suffocating from what felt like the weight of ten men, I resort to my childhood with these words, "I rebuke you in the name of Jesus..." Didn't even get the word 'Christ' out before this paralysis and weight lifted off me so fast. I open my eyes in time to see a black mass of mist smack into the corner of the room, where the walls meet the ceiling, and disappear. That was 1997. I have since witnessed many more miraculous signs and wonders in the Name of Jesus.
i love the production quality of your videos. little things like the character looking out from the door then being gone after a question overlays where it was.
Great video! But I have a thing I must say. The giant spider creature... It didn't take that form because it was struggling to find something they were all afraid of. It was just the closest thing that the human mind could comprehend as It's true form.
