Sometimes, it's not about being first, but rather KNOWING what to pick up. Because if you don't know.... Well, then you'll just skip items that are worth a lot of money! So many great BOLOs in this video so definitely watch until the end!
As a reseller, you will meet (or at least notice) a bunch of other resellers who thrift at the same stores as you. Many of these resellers are looking for OTHER things than you (for example, some specialize in only electronics, hard goods, book, shoes or clothes etc). Then there's the resellers who are actually your "competition" as they're looking for the same categories as you.
Of course, it's never fun to see someone else pick up something that YOU wanted to pick up, but we obviously understand that we can't win them all.
In this video though, another reseller who IS looking for the same stuff as us, completely dropped the ball and left toooons of goodies on the new rack despite getting to them first. Most likely, she was rushing to get through the rack and thus missed them completely as they're very minimalistic in design. This will definitely happen to all of us but I was happy it wasn't me this time!
