Hey friends, appreciate you watching. I hope you got some value from this one. If you want to keep up with my weekly musings on productivity, business, really just how I try to make progress - I have a newsletter you might enjoy! www.anthonyvicino.com/newsletter
Thanks, Shirin. There are definitely some faster growing channels than mine out there, but it's been a crazy ride, that's for sure! Really grateful to have you here.
Hey Anthony thanks for your valuable guide , i watched literally every video of you and tomorrow I'm gonna start a AI newsletter business, if you have any advice for me related to this business please guide me ...❤️❤️❤️
Anthony Vicino's videos are like a warm hug on a cold day - they make you feel good inside and leave you with a smile on your face. His charming personality and engaging content are a winning combination that keeps me coming back for more. If he ever decides to switch careers, I think he could give Ryan Reynolds a run for his money as a leading man in romantic comedies.
Aw, you're too kind. I love me some Ryan Reynolds. Just watched one of his movies last night, actually. Looks like I'm gonna have to steer clear of Hollywood so we don't put him out of a job. ;)
This video will really show people a new point of view about money. Most people only know about labour leverage and they trade their time for money. Knowing about the other types of leverage will help people achieve their goals and financial freedom. As a 15 year old i'm on my way to that. Thanks a lot of this video! 🙏
You say all the things that I've already been thinking about, but better. 😂 I feel so validated and reassured every time I watch one of your videos. Thanks mate!
Love your videos. You deserve so much more attention. Most videos are just generic BS that’s regurgitated. Yours are next level. Keep up the good work.
I love your videos and approach to money. A lot of these finance guys spit out general truisms to get those dopamine levels up without providing any substance about how to actually scale real operations. You made this point in a video not so long ago yourself. Thanks for giving advice that actaually helps people build pratical and scalable systems.
Thanks for the love. I really appreciate that feedback. We try really hard with these videos to not just spout theory, but to show how it can be applied in the real world. My hope is that people will that these ideas, implement them, and then dominate at life! :)
Thank you Mr. Vicino! A very valuable video for someone who is just starting his entrepreneurial journey. A question though: I notice a lot of what you said reminded me of Brian Page's book, "Don't Start a Side Hustle" which is all about building businesses that generate "passive" income streams. Have you read that book? If so, what did you think about it?
I am excited about the MEDIA Leverage as well. I had been blogging and involved in social media fo many years and have developed a good reputation in my niche ... I think 2025 is the year I will succeed having a substantial "passive" income. I am excited. Technology and Media are the leverage for me right now. Thank you for this video.
Good stuff my friend! Keep doing the good work! I’m glad to be subscribed to you! You keep reminding me to do some hustling and not waist time like most people do! 👍🏻
Man, I was in need for a channel like this. You literally teach. You share the knowledge step-by-step. In this one video I have already learned so many things I have never heard before. It's the first of your videos I'm watching, but I promise you just gained a brand new and loyal subscriber. And I'm going to subscribe to your another channel about Real Estate (which is a topic I like). You're so great! Thanks for sharing all these pieces of knowledge, I know I can now grow in life watching you! 🎉
This is nuts. 13 minutes in you start talking software. Here I am thinking of starting my own window washing business because the complexity and competition in SaaS B2B and c2b apps/plugins are driving me crazy. Plus I already manage devs at 50h/week and I’m sick of the software industry. I would rather start a middle of the road service company.
In my opinion, software is MUCH easier once you've made a bit of money elsewhere. (Starting with a service based business is a great way to make some meaningful income that you can then leverage later in softdev).
Hey Anthony, thank you for this video. It gave me a lot of inspiration and ideas. I find it funny that it depends on the person presenting whether you listn or not. In other word, I like your style. :)
@@AnthonyVicino After working myself thorugh this jungle of "coaches" I finally found 3 people who I want to listn to. You are one of them. The money guy so to speak. :D
Great clarification video!!! We are helping people build as close to passive income as you can get! I find “helping others” is the quickest path to financial freedom!
Do you recommend building a personal brand first or building a business then a personal brand after, I feel like content creation and a personal brand is way more lucrative right now
Good question. Personal brand is a whole lot easier to build when you've done some "cool shit" or are in the process of doing some "cool shit". Definitely avoid creating content on topics you aren't well versed in or, if you do create content on those topics, do it from the perspective of a beginner sharing what they've learned along the way. Truthfully, it's easier to build a business first AND then the personal brand. But if you're a great content creator (writer, speaker, performer, etc..), then you could definitely jump straight into brand building.
Just saw your podcast Passive Investing Made Simple With Anthony Vicino & Granite Towers Group! It was great. So true what you said "It's not about timing the market it's about time in the market. Also action is required to make money. Awesome podcast!
Hey Anthony, I don't know if you read these, but I have an incredibly unique life situation, and my family is what most would consider very successful. I'm not sure where is most wise to take my life if the factor of not being interested in what the family business is equated, but also myself having truly a deep desire to make more of an impact on my own in my life. I do billboard ads, and make about ~12.5k/m through two boards but it's not exactly my passion or what I crave out of life, or maybe it is and I don't see it. Obviously my situation is way more complex than this little summation, but can you offer a perspective that maybe I'm not seeing? Thank you and hope you consider answering
This has fast become my favourite and most watched channel on RU-vid - Anthony has a certain way about him that just engrosses you from the start. All these videos are brilliantly informative and educational whilst being wildly interesting. It also hasn’t escaped my notice that he is MAGNIFICENTLY SEXY!! 😍🥰🥰😂😂😂
Thank you very much. This video was so eye opening and made me realize that I can do this too, and for what's more importnat I'm not alone in this thoughts. For now, I'll build some new skills like a base for my future success. Appreciate this :)
I appreciate this video man, just started this watching your video and I feel like this video is a life changer and eye opener. I believe knowing this knowledge now im gonna one of the few millionaires in my Country Belize🇧🇿🔥🙏🏽
I don’t think I have watched a RU-vid video before that has given me so much information and so many ideas that I am going to follow through with. Honestly thankyou so much! 🙏
@@AnthonyVicino Update: I just went and started a curb side address business where I paint addresses on curbs and I made $400 in a day!!!!! Honestly thank you for getting me inspired
My dad owns a few but he's obviously well off lol. I've learned a ton about fixing up and costs but I have a lot saved and am looking for my first property.
Thanks Anthony this was really usefull! May I ask how did you overcome relationship breakup when you were 28yo? I think most struggle with this and it would be great if you can share your story to empower the youth with more effecient coping mechanism 😇
Your content is amazing but to get you boosted you should get someone to make your RU-vid videos in to shorts tiktoks and reels etc.... Then you will see big stuff!!! Love your content will be following!
One important fact: We are mentally trained by education system to think in that way making us asking such silly question. Positive side - it needn't make us victims - it may lead us to become merciless Warriors who are not worried to face and defeat human evil and stupidity!
11:31 can I simply say that you meant that for the $250K you should pay to buy the real estate, you don’t even have to pay it, because you will let the investors to pay you and they will get there shares while the income will pay the debts until you are done with them, and now you have 75% of the RE without paying anything right?
It was a course for real estate Syndicators and private equity funds wanting to learn how to raise more capital for their real estate deals (very niche market): capitalraisingmachine.com/
Love it. Vending machines can be a great cash-generator. I've never invested in vending machine personally, but I have a few friends who own some and they love it.
Thank you very much for sharing useful information about the use of leverage. Can you share more about the importance of relationships, a lot of things school don't teach us🥰😃😃
all of this knowledge I can never approach in my local area, it makes me feel very interested in leverage, keep sharing useful video, I will always support😄
Hey Mr vicino, do you by any chance have an affiliate program for your course hyperfocus? I would love to promote it. Love love love your spirit & content. Your one of my best youtuber to be honest.
How do you get past the stress of dealing with so much money? My guess is to think of life like a video game and just don't care if you have to start over, just enjoy the process and grind, but that's easier said than done for me. Any tips?
It's an interesting question. Honestly, not having money was always a bigger source of stress than having money. Part of that is just knowing that if I had to go back to the beginning, it wouldn't be the end of the world. I've been there, done that, and am confident I could climb out of that hole again. With the right skills, you'll always have the ability to make more money. Focus on acquiring the right skills, not the money.
What way to get money would you recommend to an 18-year-old? Is labor a good thing to start and save some money to start my own thing, or should I do something else from the beginning? Edit: Love your videos! It's like getting financial advice from a parent and really helps me to develop my view of the world!
You certainly can rent things out... For example either buy or build large yard games. Rent out a set of three for the wknd for like $100. Yes requires a little up front capital but is certainly doable at your age
@@markbenoit9070 Brilliant idea! A “life-size” Jenga puzzle was a big hit at a party at a gym I used to go to. It was made by the father of one of the gym members.
