When you think of it, King has way more power over the Collecter when he knows how and when to use it. He can easily trap him back in his prison if he must… But since he doesn’t know that yet, Collector has the upper hand there! Awesome animation

well yes they were trapped by a titan but i don't know if I'd say he's "way more powerful" I'd think King's dad outsmarted collector or their powers are kinda similar

I dont think that's true, the collector made the hole titan race extinct with the exception of being locked 2 times or more by the strongests titans resulting in their deaths so while maybe king as an adult and with the knowlege on how to lock him could be paired with him right know as a kid he cant do much unfortunately. Maybe in season 3 i get proven wrong but king is basically their puppet right now.
