Fellow Holly here - I only tend to order my soap around the holidays and had to skip last year so I didn't even realize you were closed. Glad you are back! I love pack and chat videos from whoever does them, nice to play in the background because it is so soothing. 🙂

Oh my gosh Holly, I just read an article of the lawsuit against you. I am so sorry that happened, that seems like a lawsuit that was done just so someone could make money. It seems like a joke. May the good soap angels bless you for getting put thru that circus. I understand the need for accessibility, for sure, but to bring a lawsuit for it seems sketchy and unethical type of behavior. I’m glad it’s over. Good flipping grief.

Had to look it up, what a flimsy excuse for a lawsuit. The screenreader and keyboard navigation thing is a bunch of crap, as computers already have the software to do that in-built. If as he claims he couldn't access the website becausd of those issues, he wouldn't have been able to know whether your images had alt-texts or not. Smells like a guy who just wanted money and used his disability as an excuse. I hope you didn't settle for too much. The $1000 damages is a joke.

I'm so happy you're making soap and are open! I was very much planning on ordering with your first release back, but thanks to a bitter (and psychotic) family member, things just haven't turned out well for the past 2 months (it's been building in severity for almost 2 years). I'm really praying I'll be able to order with your next release. The idea of buying cheap commercial soap at the dollar tree makes me shiver in disgust.

My box arrived perfect as always. I missed the sents so much! I would always get a pepermint salt soap from you. I have never used tallow soap. Im so excited to try the Peppermint one!

Hey! A pack & chat video! I had to put everything on the back burner so that I could sit down and watch it. Everything seems to be running rather smoothly, and the new brown paper bubble wrap will hopefully work out well for you. It can make for a tight fit, but with anything new, there's a learning curve. Did you end up moving to a smaller box for the order for Justin? I know a lot of people are hoping to get their orders by Christmas, but my order isn't time sensitive, so you can drop me down to the end of the list so someone else can get theirs sooner. Looking forward to more videos!

Thank you Ken! Everything is going rather well. I am starting to find my groove now. I had to move to a different box for Justin, it was a bit bigger but I was able to cut it down. The boxes I really wanted to ship the collections should be at our mailbox today. YAY! Your order is actually out for delivery today!

Thanks! Do you mean just the white or brown paper? If so, I talk a lot about them in the Sit and Chat which is the previous video on the channel.

Thank you Ms. Holly. The other video finally kicked in and I got to see it. I just have one more question for you please. Does the wax paper keep all the soap bars fresh for a long period of time as well as keeping them from sweating? I'm asking because I wrap each bar with plastic wrap before putting them in freezer bags. But the way I'm doing it seems to make them sweat before my family gets them and of course after they receive them.@@moriversoap

@@joywilson8483 Cold process soap does need to breathe. It needs to be able to evaporate any excess moisture. The paper wrap is a good long term packaging. We just unloaded two massive boxes of soap from our trailer. These soaps sat in storage in Missouri for nearly a year, from the worst of winter to 100+ degree temps. Then they sat in an open sided trailer (our livestock trailer) for several months; going again from super hot temps to minus zero temperatures. The soaps did sweat a bit as they adjusted to indoor temps, but the packaging kept them nearly perfect.
