Join us in the shop as we prep and paint the 2 skid loaders and begin getting the third ready. I thought that using the cheap paint was a good idea but I won't be doing that again! Enjoy
I hope Tino can get his own vehicle soon, it's pretty clear lil E doenst want to pick him up. If Tino could keep showing up on time would be huge benifit to Ryan. I think Tinos work IQ is alot higher then these other two guys and would bring more value to Victory.
@@moemanncann895yeah, complaining he called him because last time Lazy-E lied and said "I was there”. Tino is covering his bases unlike Eric trying to avoid them!
Grown men shouldn't need picked up for work end of story 😂😂😂😂😂No Ls not my fault no car not my fault, boss going to get an attitude with me because I won't pick up your employee not my fault don't give a s*** pay me extra to pick up your crew lol😂😂
I may be one of the solemn that side with Tino but I love Tino when he’s at work. I think his understanding for the job/craft and his quick learning of new tasks is not something you find with many employees and part of what makes him an intangible as an employee. I think he does have some personal issues which Ryan has eluded to and talked about in other videos. I hope he gets everything figured out with a car and etc because he’s works great when he’s there and I hope he stays part of your crew Ryan. I respect the patience and car Ryan has always shown his employees throughout some of his older videos, he gives his employees every chance to succeed working for him. Ps love the videos.
Been reading the comments some of those comments are true about Eric sorry to say 😮 love your videos and your a great Boss and hard worker and so kind..
Eric should just man up and say he doesn’t wanna pick up Tino and have attitude like a little kid. Tino still gets to work one way or another. Eric knows he can get away cause he’s more buddy buddy with the boss man than Tino which is sad.
It’s not just about picking someone up. Sometimes they expect you to drive them right back at the end of the day when you just want to do your own thing. They were best buddies on the side jobs. So obviously Eric knows something we don’t. Which quite Frankly is non of our business. They’ll all survive. Not to worry.
@@Mr.Torres-Mr.Towers your right, it isn’t. But Ryan asked him too. After all Ryan has done for Eric, it’s the LEAST he can do! Easy E, Eric is living off Ryan’s name.
Goood morning from OKLA!🙂 The editing at 18:22 was perfection. The door closed on the last beat!🎶 Hey Tino, the man-child Eric apparently doesn’t want to give you rides to work anymore, but doesn’t have the cajonas to tell you I guess. You’re doing much better being on time and your skid steer skills are on point. Hopefully someone can help you find a car. Enjoy seeing you in Ray’s videos! 👍
Not Eric’s job to drive Tino to work everyday. Everyone else some how gets to work including Ray who up until now had 1 van that his wife and Ray shared and he got to to work
@@classicxl Like I’ve said, if Eric said he would, he should, not that it’s his job, but if he offered to help out a coworker. Ryan seems to think that was the plan.
Its not Eric job to drive tino to work everyday especially for free!! Tino has a car he is to cheap to put in the shop & get fixed the right way! its not like he doesn't make the money to do so! Even ryan said on a video before he don't know why tino wont go buy a car or just out his car in the shop.
Tino seems like a good guy n hard worker. We all go through Struggles n ups and downs. Hope things get better for you Tino. Francisco is Solid n good Concrete finisher too. Ryan ur a Stand Up Guy n Great Boss. U do take care of ur Guys. God bless hope Everybody has a good day.🤙🇺🇸🔥
Eric’s so lazy sitting on the stool twirling around in circles complaining he’s hungry while his boss goes around the shop with a shovel and a bag picking up the trash
Good to see Ryan looking after Tino with a few hours. Hopefully his great work effort will rub off on to the one who cames to work to eat the free lunch haha
Ryan check out the pvc pipes you cut a grove in. You can slide your drills in with a battery on them, connect as many pipes together for however many drills you have.
Once you expand Tino seems like he could be a great shop/yard keeper. He doesn’t have to show up as early, and will always be right around the corner when you need him on the job👍
I would have had a word with Eric if I was Ryan about him whinging about Tino calling him. Like Ryan said Tino was making sure what was going on, as Eric would have said he never called or didn't see the text. Eric didn't pick him up the other day when Tino rang Ryan saying he had been waiting ages. Eric cost Tino a days money no doubt because he was in a day dream like usual & forgot to pick him up.
Ryan, first off I love your videos. Been watching for over a year now religiously. I handle risk for a medium size company and I wanted to say that you should make sure that you replace the warning labels on the skid steers you painted. If you remove those and there is an accident, you will be fined by OSHA if it is investigated by them. Also if you are renting them out and you remove those you could be putting more liability on your business. Thanks for the entertaining content!
Yeah soo much storage space and he wants it all mounted on the table , no being a hater but hes not a very organized guy , like his trucks are always messy , work wise hes great
@@theacgkid I think he is well organised. He must be exhausted with 5 children and a business to run along with you tube. He does very well. As for Eric he is poorly organised
Why is Erick always throwing shade about tino ,even at the Xmas dinner he made a smart remark tino gave him that look ,and another thing I’m a journeyman carpenter doing structural high rises and Milwaukee has better quality tools deWalt is garbage !
I would hire tino anytime,he. has the old Skol work ethics like bugs had,I would put him in a supervisor role trial & give him responsibility, that will test his loyalty & trust.
I think you should get stickers to number your skid loaders. Makes it much easier to track maintenance on the machines Had to edit the comment to say I absolutely love when you have the ceo at the end of the videos. Always hilarious
I’m surprised that the equipment isn’t painted Red White and Blue like the trucks ! And the more stuff you put on the work table the more things that are in the way !
we had a restaurant around the corner with a large cork board, can even get the material and cover a wall with it. I will be sending in a patch someday too, I love seeing all the different types.
Tino is a no nonsense type of guy just says what he says in a funny way and makes mistakes and owns it very funny. Hope he finds a good car very soon and be around the corner every day would be awesome to see. Great to see you Ryan helping your team out when they are needing that extra days to earn a living during your slow season.
@@jsh6952 isn’t that just like a mandatory testing result that makes them NATO? The 223 is the same but doesn’t have to be completely tested and scored the same way?
@victory outdoor services Dewalt tools come with a belt hook in the box, you could make a long flat plate like you did for the tape measure and they would hang nicely. (With batteries installed)
I feel like E startin to low key hate. Ryan be gettin new stuff, dewalt sponsor, workin hard, paying for everything and paying for WOC. Like this dude hatin on jealousy. You can see it in his face too.
He’s made of cheese burgers he has cheese burger ingredients in his blood pumping through his veins if you get within 2 feet of him you’ll catch whiff of a McDouble extra pickle an cheeseeeee
Ryan I think that patch from the officer from NY.the bulldog one would look aggressive on your skidloader just the Pic. Alone, with your ID number machine number 1,2,3 and so on as part of the lease indicates which one is rented to who! Would look mean and cool.👍🏻
Would drive me insane having so many different areas between home, winter shop, storage unit, the land and old land seems like alot of places to be paying on
@paintplanet9818 a storage container would eliminate the storage facility, cement blocks to move the salt bin very easy to construct, winter shop yehh thats hard to duplicate right now
@victory. I have an idea For the holders for your drills under your work bench. What we do is just use PVC and cut a slit at the bottom so the handle fits with the battery
You should put a tool box for welding on the bottom rack of that table but make it slide out like a drawer so you can access much easier and look much cooler
Just the thought of tossing Milwaukee tools is sacrilegious. I have some that were my dad's and they still work. I have all but one that I bought. Many of those are now forty years old and still work great. Milwaukee sure missed the boat with Victory.
You should do a giveaway with those tools or put one tool in orders over $50. Helps push your merchandise and takes the headache away from dealing with people low balling you on marketplace.
Ryan, for the drills you can use old Allen wrenches or the one you already are using but cut them in half so you only have one rod. Put the rod in the end of the drill with no bit in it. They will hang perfect and will never fall off
@@gmondair6314 Don’t be such a Debbie Downer,, geez. Easy fix, don’t watch the “desperados”. I do agree that Tino seems to be a down to earth guy, and a hard worker. Hope things work out for him. 👍🏽
Hi Ryan. Build drawers under your new table for your drills etc. It makes easy to reach you can leave the batteries attached and grindings don't get into them. Get trays for your screwdrivers. Works for me 🙂
DeWalt (Stanley-Black and Decker) really must have paid you a king's ransom to get you to give up the Milwaukee (TTI). I've used both, I believe DeWalt has the tool that is best for abusive environments where as Milwaukee has a little more run time and 'impact'. Love it!
Ryan if you don't sell your Milwaukee tools, you can always donate them to a ministry, non-profit, tool lending library, etc so you can take them as a tax write off. Whatever you decide to do, please don't throw those tools away, because I'm sure someone could use them.
i do not know what you see in Eric other than a yes man. He takes you for granted and it’s obvious, he’s lazy compared to everyone else and just plays an act when you’re around
@ 2:07 Asking to come in is hard, but knowing that you still said yes. Means a lot. We appreciate a boss like that! Especially when we know its on your dime. You're Solid Dude Ryan! God Bless You!~
