I would say there's storm . Anyway this is not Pattaya but Wongamat in Na Kluea. But expats find it easier to refer to it as North Pattaya. Technically it is north of Pattaya.
Love the location, edge. That ability to see 270deg with just a few steps from your condo is amazing. In the balcony and room, you get gorgeous sunsets reflecting on ocean...on the lobby, you get sunrise (Sanctuary of Truth view) reflecting on ocean. My fave...no ROAD between the resort and the ocean. Also very quiet there when I visited, because it's the edge.
No such thing as “private” beach in Thailand. It’s all public. Check out what’s happening in Phuket…social media is helping crack down on “private” beaches
Fantastic beach front condo property there Cooper….location & nice facilities that are great with superb views…I’m same as you tho with vertigo…anything over 10 floors is too much for me. I cudnt warrant paying that amount of rent tho for that view so I’m glad Ron has seen the light & going to stay at DGrand in a bigger spacious condo for far less rent money….more money to spend on yourselves. 🤔😉😎🙏🏼👍🏻
Cooper no one does condo reviews like you ......PERIOD !! and l have seen plenty in my doing research on coming to Thiland. The Palm Wongamat is my choice of condo developments in Pattaya. I am looking for a two bedroom unit...and I will be reaching out to you on this topic..as well as others in the near future.Your community based approach to doing RU-vid is a breath of fresh air. My girlfriend is a Philipina...and both she and I have subscribed to your channel. You channel is indispensable to anyone that is thinking about moving to..or visiting Pattaya Thailand. Your hard work is truly appreciated. Have you done a video about renting a car in Pattaya...what are the prices...what companies are reputable...what are the requirements. Also...have you and your wife thought about starting an expat relocation service ? Moving to a new country is a daunting prospect. Many people including myself already trust both you and your wife ..... You and your wife are already helping people to relocate.....this would be the next logical step. You could still do what your doing for free. But for those of us that are older...and would prefer a more hands on approach... and are willing to pay for it this would be a great service....l have never been to Pattaya and l will be doing a exploratory trip in March ....this type of service would be invaluable . Someone that could be a one stop resource...airport pick up...tour of Pattaya....hands on exploration of different living options that Pattaya offers.... If you aren't interested....maybe this would be something your wife would consider. You would be helping a segment of your audience that desire this type of service...but don't know where to start. You could also help give back to Thiland..by providing future employment to Thai people. Some people just want to get it right the first time...and not having to learn from the school of hard knocks.

That is a spectacular location and the price is cheap compared to anywhere else in the world but pricy for Pattaya . I love the balcony and it really doesn’t make any difference if you are on the 10th floor or 38th floor the end result will be the same should you chose to become a member of the infamous Pattaya flying club the only difference being with a flying leap from the 38th floor you will bounce higher and farther
Thanks to Ron for allowing us to view his beautiful condo with a fantastic view. You did a great job as always Cooper and Darlen, showcasing everything it had to offer. Kudos to anyone who can afford that lifestyle, but it’s the luxury shoebox for me still with money left over to continue travelling around beautiful places.
But you can entice 2 ladies. Assuming one pays B2K per night * 2 ladies = B4K a day * 30 days = B120K a month. You save B120K of fun expense by spending ~B40K rent. Great trade off. So many pretty Thai ladies wish to experience living where the richest Thais live.
I've toured this, along with Arom W, Northpoint and Zire and this is the best. I'd rather pay extra to live here when the time comes. It's not a private beach but I understand what you're saying. Being on the edge, very few get as far as here to walk around. You may need to buy a scooter to get to places. There is a Family Mart nearby for groceries. The burgers nearby are ok, not as excellent as what I'm accustomed to but I'm a Nashvillian so there.

I sold my house and downsized to a townhouse and the rest, my budget for condo purchase (1BR) in either Thai or Philippines. So this way, I keep a property in US just in case.
@@bobbytravellifeinphilippin9194 From your handle, I would guess you live in Philippines. I have limited my choices between Thailand and Philippines. Been to Thailand 2x and Philippines 6x. Have to travel more to both to finally decide. Filipinos has the advantage of conversational English, Thailand has the advantage of Pattaya.
