The owner is the problem. As an Eagle fan, I'm not a fan of firing Duce Staley.

We now have the worst owner in the NFL. His trophy wife is going to practice and making draft picks, We are the new Lions of old. We have decades of suck in our future.

Tepper is the new Dan Snyder.

I was born and raised in North Carolina most of my life we all worship every Carolina teams the Panthers are simply gonna fade away fast i remember being a age of 8 years old in 1995 when the Panthers did came to the NFL

As falcons fan the issue with the team is who owns them David Tepper has been making the team worse and worse year by year unless he is forced to sell the team they may become the new Washington

Man the Panthers are new Browns. Tough times to be a Charlotte sports fan. Hornets and Panthers both suffering from poor ownership. The best pro team in the Carolinas a good 2+ hr drive to the east in the Triangle.

I like that you pointed out that the rest of the roster is lacking. Considering the O-Line Young had in college compared to in the NFL along with receiving options (or lack there of) it's easy to see how it's not all Young's fault and definitely not all Reich's fault

If Tepper thinks he's the smartest guy in the room then he should make himself GM and Head Coach.

He likes "yes men", avoid those type of people at all cost. They tend to think they know everything and dont really have a clue.

The turnstile of head coaches doesn't help either. Personally I would have liked to see Steve Wilks given a shot at coaching considering he almost led the Panthers to the playoffs, but of course David Tepper thinks he knows better, and that's the franchise's cancer right there. You gotta go, Tepper, you gotta go.

David Tepper has been absolutely impatient. Letting Wilks go who did a great job taking over for Rhule is striking comparison to the Bisaccia situation when Davis let him go for McDaniels. Selecting Bryce Young over Stroud I get it because of the hype; but the fact they traded their future and best weapon on offense for Young is asking for disaster. The Panthers had ZERO backup plan afterwards.

The Carolina Panthers are fading away fast they are on the verge of getting #1 in the 2024 draft next year if they continue down this road

Is there literally any proof that they wanted Stroud over Bryce? Not seen anything at all. Plus, people are just playing hindsight like its obvious here when at the time Bryce was pretty much consensus lol. Like stroud has played like his best game in college constantly, what we are seeing was him reaching his potential and then some. He has been better in the NFL.

Bottom line,Tepper picked the wrong qb, as a Texans fan i am eternally grateful.

Young is not a NFL QB. He needs to change positions if he wants to stay in the NFL.

that's not a long time from becoming an owner to being a problematic owner.

As a Panthers fan I have a feeling I will understand the frustration teams like the Browns and Lions have felt over the last few decades. Because Tepper is the problem. He has sullied the Panthers' name so much that, no coach worth a damn will want that job. Also no great talents will come in free agency. We are going to be awful for awhile... Anyway absolutely love your content Lauren. So amazed and happy to see how far your channel has grown. Keep up the wonderful job. There's another owner that's meddling, fires coaches and QBs like clockwork, and thinks they're the smartest guy in the room despite not knowing football. His name is Jimmy Haslam. He's owned the Cleveland Browns since 2012. Highlights include the endless QB jersey, 0-16, 240 million guaranteed for Deshaun Watson, and Jonny Manziel......so not the BEST example to follow lol

Said this since Reich was hired and I'll say it once again - you should have kept Steve Wilks Carolina. They wouldn't have this complete disaster on their hands.

BS on your "what if Stroud were a Panther?" scenario. His OL in Houston is no better, and neither is his receiver group. Who thought, for instance, Noah Brown was a viable NFL starter? But Stroud elevated him - and others. Young cannot elevate anyone. Reich would not be fired if Tepper picked Stroud. Simple as that.

First off, glad to see you are ok, missed you Sunday. Second, more on video topic I think Perna said it best (not detracting from this video fyi) If you give up that much for the number 1 pick and don't have the guy already in mind, it's a death sentence.

Wilkes went 6-6 with basically the same roster and PJ Walker at QB. I know everyone is hating on Tepper, which is deserved, but Reich was a DISASTER at head coach. He had our offense scoring 1 TD per game, and each week the offense got worse, not better. His scheme was outdated, and did not match the roster at all. He was bad at game management, he even admitted having to call a timeout because he called a play designed for Adam Thielen, and didn't realize Thielen wasn't even in the game.

Firing reich was not a mistake, hiring him was. For all his time in Indianapolis he always failed to develop a QB or establish good QB play. The team was happy and doing ok with Steve wilks, he deserved a chance over reich

Tepper literally had his guy in Steve Wilks. On God, they’d be better off with Wilks and another year of Darnold around to mentor and swap out with Young or Stroud. Tepper is fast becoming one of the worst owners in the league.

All of the ultra involved owners are handcuffing a good, coach and gm, through the draft and season, comments weather good or bad are not helpful

While I agree with you about Tepper... I don't think the 'Roster' is the real problem. With All 'Teams' the bottom line is the 'Coach', not the other way around. He has to be the one that figures out how to get the best out of the players he has on his Roster. And, Yeah, that can be hard to do but it's a symbiotic relationship that starts with the Coach. So if Young is EVER going to reach his potential. The Coaches are going to have to figure out how to get him (and my extension - the rest of the team) to play better.

I guess "Mediocre McDaniels" will be getting a call in a minute.

@SheGotSports speaking of 2018, when David Tepper finally signed the signature to own the Carolina Panthers, he happily and immediately got rid of quarterback Cam Newton and ran him out of Carolina (not just coach Ron Rivera)💯. Cam Newton still had enough in the tank. He was just dealing with injuries but David Tepper wanted to be in the limelight AND in the media as being known as the guy who fired quarterback Cam Newton (it was David tepper's obsession). I appreciate you pointing out the fact that ever since David Tepper has owned the Carolina Panthers, cuz the Carolina Panthers have not had a winning season and almost wasted CMC's talents 📉🗑️🚮📉💯
