This was the most thorough, comprehensive, well researched and well presented discussion of climate change I have ever watched. Thank you for your incredible effort!
As a research scientist teaching climate change, I was pleased to come across this video. In addition to being comprehensive, your presentation style is engaging. My students will enjoy watching - they will relate to you! I could give the same lecture but I doubt it would be anywhere near as effective! Thanks for your efforts
Hi Kate! I'm a Master's student in Sustainable Development law with a panel presentation due on Monday. Thank you SO MUCH for boiling this down to 18 minutes. It helped me a great deal. I will be leaving a link to this video in my presentation for anyone who wants a brief but comprehensive explanation of the international framework of climate change governance. Great job, wishing you success and happiness.
@raffaellamigliiore201 Great another ambulance chasing lawyer only will chase after first world country to not do what your "cause" wants done. Hey how about China? Or India or any third world countries who does not obey the climate change "law"?
I was searching for hours to understand these topics. Thank you. You have explained them well in chronological order, sufficient details and with persuading evidence. Highly appreciate your work and a friendly advice kindly add subtitles if you are going to pursue this
I'm so glad it was useful! Thanks a lot, Ezaan ☺️ I'll check an option with subtitles. As a fallback you can try auto-generated subs - they are not perfect, but sometime better than nothing )
This was so good. I've been trying to get my head around it all recently and there's so much information to digest. You've really helped me understand the scope of the issue. Could you do a video on the Paris rulebook?
finally understood the market mechanism of kyoto protocol . hope you make videos on contemporary issues of the world plus about UN . thanks for the knowledge
I wanted to have some sort of overview of the international agreements about climate change and I did not realize that this video alone has provided me with all what I need. Well done and thanks for your efforts
Hi Kate, thanks for putting this together - i think anyone that watches this will definitely appreciate the amount of effort it took just to put it together and on top of that pulling the video together.. super!
I'm about to start a Masters in Environmental Law and Governance, and wow, I'm so glad I found your page. This is an informative, comprehensive, and brilliant presentation. Thank you so much for your work.
Precisely Organized Well Researched Absolute Crux On Climate Change Agreements... Even though I am a UNFCCC CDM Project Consultant, I am also amazed by Video's Preciseness, Flow & Organising... Keep up your good work... God bless... Regards
I am currently researching infrastructure sustainability models as part of my MEng. Brilliant video and summary of events, you've summed up my 14k thesis in about 20 minutes 😂😂
Great series of explainer. I like how you break it down in a series into digestable segments. It helps people to connect different pieces of climate change and responses to it
Hey TYSM for making this video, i really can't believe that this video got less than 10K views. If i have the authority i will give this video 100 out of 10 points.
Kate, thank you for this video. I'm edified. I'm just learning about climate justice and climate finance, and your video complements these learning, giving it the background and context.
Hey Kate, nice work. keep up the good job and please renew constantly your voice regarding climate change and awareness videos. Climate change is happening, threatening and reality
What an amazing video! Aptly described to perfection! I especially loved how you describe everything in a simple way - without any artificialness, made-up accent, or any fake thrill, as seen in most other videos. I wish you loads of success! And btw, you have got yourself a loyal subscriber!
Thank you so much for going through the history about climate change and the comparison of the different policies to combat climate change. Very informative.
Thankyou so much, I was struggling a lot to get these topic done for my exam but they create a lot of confusion, u explain it very nicely all confusion are gone thankyou so much 😊😊
This was the sort of report I needed ! Thanks Kate. I'm studying for the SCR - tomorrow is the exam - and this was a great refresher. The only thing I would add, would be a brief mention of the "failure" of the Copenhagen Summit which introduced the concepts that allowed the Paris Agreement to be so successful. Thanks and keep up the great work!
This was a well researched and presented presentation - thank you for your amazing contribution towards sustainability efforts through these amazing videos!
Thank you so much for this insightful mini documentary! I'm planning to do a Doctoral study and this video both provided knowledge and inspiration. You earned yourself a subscriber!
Thank you so much for making this Kate, I've got a law essay due in a couple of days on The Paris Agreement and Climate Change Litigation in New Zealand, this has really helped me get a grip of the context and an idea of what sources I need to gather. Great presentation too btw. keep up the good work :) you're helping lots of people already
Agreeing with all the positive comments about your video being thorough, detailed and well presented, I just wanted to request you to give some reference material you used as it'll be helpful for citing the understood information. Thank you for such comprehensive explanation!
This was an amazing outline of how the conventions, protocols, agreements etc have evolved over time. So *chefs kiss*. I know you're probs so busy but I have a request for and ITMOs and NDCs explanation. I am confused on if targets and NDCs are the same so if you are able to find some time, that would be lovely.
Hello Kate, first of all thanks huge for this an other videos about climate change. İt is realy very usefull and has an important knowledge for people who are interested in this issue. Before wathing your video i was confiused about climate change history but you have realy nice explaned and summariez the past of the climate actions.
Well done :). Oh and when AI was asked How do we save the planet It responded get rid of the humans And then when asked How would you do that, It responded I don't have to they're doing it themselves.
Thank you so much for this, it was very well explained and accurate. It really helped me while studying for my climate change exam. Keep being brilliant!
Hi! I am studying on the topic and writing my thesis on it. If I may add an observation about a small inaccuracy: The UNFCCC is still in effect, and it is the framework convention of which the Kyoto Protocol was an extension. Having failed Kyoto, it was time for the Paris Agreement, but it too is an extension of the UNFCCC, as if it were always part of the Framework Convention, it lies in the UNFCCC. Thank you!
Brilliant work! Topic related: Comprehensive and succinctly explained (management consulting skills at use eh!) Video related: It has that "how do you not have more subscribers" level professionalism.
Your report missed the Montreal protocol The Montreal Protocol is an international treaty designed to protect the ozone layer by phasing out the production of numerous substances that are responsible for ozone depletion. It was agreed on 16 September 1987, and entered into force on 1 January 1989.
Pls do you have any videos relating to climate change be it Adaptation, mitigation or planning for climate change. I'm reading a course Climate Change and Development and i can't find other videos except this

I don't have decision but I give you the facts to chose
